Vehicle was speeding and unable to maintain a single lane of travel. Observed signs of impairment on the driver. Driver was arrested. Driver admitted to smoking Marijuana and drinking. Driver blew a 0.03/0.03 and refused a blood test. Driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Between 08/09/19 and 08/13/19 victim advised an unknown suspect entered her residence and took above items. No known suspects at this time.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance; Speeding

Deputies responded to above location in reference to Pojoaque Tribal Police conducting a traffic stop on above mentioned subject for speeding.  During the traffic stop, it was learned the vehicle was reported stolen out of our agency.  The above subject was arrested and transported to ADC where he was found in possession of suboxone.  Subject was booked accordingly.

Deputies responded to the listed location in reference to a reckless driver.  The vehicle was located and contact with the driver was made.  The listed suspect / driver was run through NCIC and found to have a revoked driver's license with the arrest clause attached.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
