I observed a vehicle failed to dim its headlamps. I conducted traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver. I observed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and submitted to a breath test. The results of the test were 0.15g/210L and 0.15g/210L. The driver was booked into ADC.

Arrested: Melissa Rivera 41 yoa female & Beverly Rivera 36 yoa female Santa Fe

Charges: Ms. Melissa Rivera ( Possession x2) Ms. Beverly Rivera Warrant 

On June 16th, 2019 A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle and the driver Ms. Beverly Rivera had an active warrant for her arrest. While at the traffic stop, the passenger had heroin and crack cocaine in plain view in her purse. Both were arrested and booked without further incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the area of 84/285 of a reckless driver. Suspect vehicle was traveling 84mph in a 65mph zone. Contact was made with the driver had an odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person. It was determined driver was impaired. Driver was arrested and booked.

Victim reported his vehicle was entered by unknown suspect(s) during the night time hours.  Nothing was stolen however the glove box and center console were rummaged through.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect was involved in a single vehicle motor vehicle crash where the suspect failed to navigate a turn crashing into an arroyo. suspect showed signs of intoxication and alternative sobriety tests were administered due to injuries sustained in the crash. The tests indicated impairment and she consented to a blood draw. She was booked after medical clearance.

Damaged: 2016 Solartech Sign/Trailer

Value: $2,700.00

On 06-13-19 it was reported the above sign trailer was damaged between 06-12-19 at 5:00pm and 6:13-19 at 11:00am. A large rock was used to damage the sign controller and wiring, master lock padlock, and numerous paint damage was caused. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Deputies responded to location after receiving reports of a person breaking windows to a home during a drug induced frenzy. Founda was located bleeding from her arm after breaking the windows and was arrested. Founda was charged accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On Wednesday, June 12, 2019 Mr. Martinez was stopped for failing to yield the right of way to a northbound vehicle while he was traveling south and made a left turn almost causing a crash. A DMV inquiry into Mr. Martinez's driving record indicated his license to drive was revoked with an attached arrest clause.Mr. Martinez was taken into custody and was transported to SFCADF where he was booked accordingly
