Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic dispute.  During investigation it was learned the suspect had battered his mother by pulling her hair and throwing her to the ground.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Santana Garcia 25 yoa male (Canutillo Texas)

Subject was located after being stopped on an unrelated traffic offense. He was found to have an active warrant out of the Dona Ana Magistrate Court. He was arrested and booked without further incident.

Arrested: Lily Krainz Grimaldle 19 yoa female (Santa Fe)

Above subject was stopped for an unrelated traffic offense and found to have an active warrant out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failing to appear. She was arrested and booked without incident.

Deputies were at the listed location investigating a different matter when they came into contact with the above listed females. They both had active warrants for there arrest and were arrested. Both were taken to SFADC without further incident.

Victim 2: Male, 58, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Anthony Hart, 24, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: False Imprisonment X 2, Battery Upon a Peace Officer, Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member, Aggravated Battery, Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer.

On Friday, May 31, 2019 at approximately 4:11pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a violent domestic. Suspect battered both victims, choked one of the victims and strangled the other victim. Suspect also held victims against their will. While being taken into custody, suspect resisted and would not comply. Suspect also battered a deputy after he was taken into custody. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Deputy was treated for their injuries. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Suspects vehicle was stopped for speeding, the driver displayed signs of intoxication and SFST's were administered. The results of the SFST's indicated impairment and the suspect was arrested. He agreed to submit to a breath test the results were a .12/.11. The suspect had at least 3 prior DWI's and was charged with a 4th or subsequent. He was booked.
