On Friday, May 24, 2019 at approximately 11:50pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate with an outstanding arrest warrant. The warrant was for Burglary, Larceny, Unauthorized Withdrawal, Theft or Use of the Card of Another, Aggravated Burglary, and Bribary of a Witness.

Suspect: Kevin Hogan, 39, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, May 24, 2019 at approximately 5:50pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with an outstanding arrest warrant for Vehicles to Be Registered. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim: Male, 65, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property

On Friday, May 24, 2019 at approximately 8:05pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by damaging a door and removed jewelry and cash from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Case #0219008752, Battery Against a Household Member

Location: Ponces Rd, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Male, 50, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Amy Boyle, 52, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, May 24, 2019 at approximately 9:14pm, deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect and victim got involved in an argument and during the argument the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Victim advised he was advised by his credit monitoring about two credit applications which he did not authorize.  Case is under investigation.

Tenorio was contacted during a call for service. Tenorio was found to have an active warrant issued for his arrest and was arrested without incident. Tenorio was transported to jail and booked accordingly.

On above listed date,  Deputies responded to above listed address in regards to a stolen vehicle. Victim stated his vehicle was taken from the location at 12:54 pm (5/23/29).

On 05-23-19 Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to Forgery report. The reporting party stated one of his employees had taken a counterfeit bill during a transaction. The bill was confirmed to be counterfeit by his bank. Suspect information is pending at this time.
