Victim reported to Deputy that the listed inmates stole an item of value while being battered. Suspects were rebooked into the jail accordingly with additional charges.

Arrested: Luis Lozoya-Mata      Age: 26   Santa Fe, NM

Deputy conducting a traffic stop on the above subject for not wearing a seat belt.  It was learned the above subject had a revoked driver license with the arrest clause.  Subject arrested and booked at ADC.

Location: NM 76 / CR 88 Espanola, NM

Arrested: Tomas Robles-Perez      Age: 23    Santa Cruz, NM

Robles-Perez was arrested after being stopped by deputies for a traffic violation. During the traffic stop, the driver was found to have an active arrest warrant and was arrested without incident the driver was also found to have in his possession an amount of marijuana.

Location: Rodeo Road / Avenida de las Campanas  Santa Fe,NM

Deputies initiated a traffic stop with the driver of a vehicle after observing a traffic violation. Contact with the driver displayed signs of impairment and he was requested to submit to sobriety testing. Driver complied and he shows signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and refused chemical testing.

Location: 30 Block of N. Shining Sun, Santa Fe, NM 

Arrested: Anthony Gonzales        Age: 24      Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Battery upon a peace officer, resisting/obstructing an officer

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute involving one the parties being stabbed. During the investigation, it was learned that the above subject battered his girlfriend by grabbing her neck with both hands. During the altercation the victim had a butter knife in her hand and poked him in the chest in self defense resulting in a superficial abrasion to the sternum.  The suspect resisted arrest and kicked the deputy in his chin. Subject was transported to ADC and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Cipriano Sanchez       Age: 25     Santa Fe, NM

Deputies made contact with Sanchez during a traffic stop where he was a passenger in a vehicle. Sanchez was found to have an active arrest warrant issued for his arrest. Sanchez was arrested and transported to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Carlos Sanchez     Age: 29   Santa Cruz, NM

Deputies were dispatched to location reference to an inmate damaging jail property. Upon arriving, it was learned inmate Sanchez admitted to damaging jail property after he became upset with jail employees. Inmate Sanchez was re-booked into the jail with the additional charge.

0219004832, Aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, 3-23-2019

Location: 300 Block Los Noria Ranch Road, Stanley, NM 

Suspect: Manuel Chavez  60 yoa Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Attempt to commit a felony (Aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, Tampering with evidence, Negligent use of a firearm

Deputies dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary report. The victim then reported above suspect was shooting at him. Contact was made with the suspect who admitted to shooting in the air towards the victim and hiding the firearm in a woodchip pile.  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Suspect: Adelita Valencia, 39, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Bringing Contraband into Placed of Imprisonment, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone

On Friday, March 22, 2019 at approximately 3:00pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect hid Suboxone when being booked into the facility. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Case #0219004793, Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Suspect: Corina Trujillo, 40, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, March 22, 2019 at approximately 2:45pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of suspected heroin. Substance was field tested and tested positive for heroin. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
