On Sunday, January 27, 2019 at approximately 8:34pm, Deputy came into contact with suspect to check on him. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with two outstanding arrest warrants. The warrants were for failure to pay fines for Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle, and for failure to pay fines for No Registration and No Insurance. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Case #0219001535, Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle

Location: Raven's Ridge Road, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 25, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 2013 silver Ford Escape

On Sunday, January 27, 2019 at approximately 3:32pm, deputy responded to location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Sometime in the afternoon of Friday, January 25, 2019 an unknown suspect(s) removed the vehicle from location. Vehicle was entered into N.C.I.C. as stolen. Investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Jesse Guerrero 26 yoa male (Santa Fe NM)

The above suspect was located parked partially on a sidewalk near Romero Park, and subsequently pulled over a short time later on NM 599. Suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested. He submitted to a breath test and his results were at or above .16. Suspect was booked into SFADC. 

0219001501 / Aggravated DWI, Open Container / 1-27-19

Location: Caja Del Oro Grant

Suspect: Jessie Guerrero

Deputies located the vehicle parked on the sidewalk with two beer cans next to it.  Deputies made contact with the driver and observed signs of intoxication.  SFST's were administered and signs of impairment were observed.  Driver agreed to chemical testing, 0.15, 0.16.  Driver was arrested and booked accordingly.

Dylan was served with a confinement order for on day of incarceration at the SFCADC signed by Judge Anaya. Suspect was booked without incident.

Victim reported to deputy that unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

Lovato was found having in his possession a controlled substance while incarcerated at the jail. Lovato was re booked with the additional charges.

Taken: Sanyo Television $500.00, Sony VCR $79.00, Portable Bluetooth Speaker $500.00, Bronze Metal pot $1,500.00, .22 Rifle $300.00, .30-06 Rifle $600.00, Wood table $75.00. Metal nuts X2 $5.00

On Friday, January 25, 2019, deputy responded to the  400 Block of Rogersville, Cerrillos, in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with reporting party who advised unknown person entered his property, unhinged the front gate and took the metal nuts, entered the main home and stole the above items.  No suspect information is available. Case under investigation.
