Victim reported that unknown suspect(s) gained entry into his residence through a window. The Victim reported that 700 dollars in cash was taken from his wallet. This investigation is ongoing.

Location: The Buffalo Thunder Resort

Deputies were dispatched to the above location to assist Pojoaque Tribal PD which had located a stolen vehicle.  The suspect was observed with the vehicle and was arrested accordingly.  The suspect was also found to have an outstanding arrest warrant.  He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.

Person Arrested-David Emerson Garcia, 30 year old male subject

On the aforementioned date and location, Deputies were dispatched regarding a report of a reckless driver.  The vehicle was located and contact with the above mentioned male subject was made.  A DWI investigation was conducted and the mentioned male subject was subsequently taken into custody.

Suspect: Daniel Dumovitz   Age  38

On October 31, 2018 deputies responded to the jail in reference to an inmate with contraband on his person.  The inmate was found to be in possession of suboxone and marijuana.  The inmate was charged and rebooked accordingly.

On October 31, 2018 deputies served Baca with an arrest warrant while she was incarcerated at the SFC jail.  The warrant was for failure to pay fines on the original charge of pan handling.

Location: Antonio Ln (Agua Fria Village)

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival victim reported her boyfriend (suspect) hit her with a chair then held her against her will. Victim then called Law Enforcement which lead to the suspect being arrested. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC without further incident.
