Deputies responded to location reference to a reported of a wanted person. Upon arrival, deputies located Leyba in a home and was arrested without incident for an active arrest warrant issued for various crimes.

Victim reported sometime between 9-24-218 and 10-19-18, unknown suspects completed multiple transactions from the victim's account without authorization to a USAA credit card in a total of amount of $5,671.75. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Matthew Blazina Age: 40 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies responded to location reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arriving, it was discovered Blazina threatened the victim during an argument then damaged her property. Blazina was also found to have several active arrest warrants issued for his arrest. Blazina was arrested and booked into the jail on various crimes and the warrants.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) opened a Verizon Wireless account and had a past due of #1,380.64 according to a collections letter from Verizon Wireless. Victim was advised by customer service that unknown suspect(s) used her social security number and current address to open an account. Case is under investigation.

On Monday, October 22, 2018 at approximately 3:31pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, Speeding, Open Container
On Monday, October 22, 2018 at approximately 3:00pm, Deputy observed the vehicle in the area speeding. A traffic stop was conducted and contact was made with the suspect, who was driving the vehicle. Suspect had a revoked driver's license with Ignition Interlock required. There was no interlock in the vehicle and when run through N.C.I.C. he showed the revoked status with the 66-8-122G arrest clause if operating a motor vehicle without an interlock. Suspect was placed under arrest and an open can of beer was found within reach of the driver in the vehicle. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Sunday, October 21, 2018, at approximately 5:06pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to a larceny. During the day an unknown suspect(s) removed a large generator from the location. The generator was valued at more than $1000. Investigation is ongoing.

Pojoaque Police Department stopped the listed suspect for speeding and failing to maintain a lane of travel. Contact was made and signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was not a tribal member so the listed Deputy took over the investigation. SFST's were administered and signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.
