Property Taken: Miscellaneous Rifles, Hoyt compound Bow, Binoculars, Rangefinder and 3 Piggy Banks, Ring

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of a residential burglary.  Upon arrival, it was discovered that the unknown suspects gained entry into the residence and stole the aforesaid items.  This case is currently under investigation.  Suspect information is pending.

Suspect: Vanessa Garcia, 27, Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Lorazepam; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Suboxone; Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Marijuana

On Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at approximately 5:14pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession of Lorazepam, Suboxone, and Marijuana. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Victim reported after a verbal argument she was battered by her husband, the listed suspect.  Suspect was not present at the time of report.  A warrant was issued.

Arrested: Jacqueline Perez     Age: 38     Pojoaque, NM

Perez was stopped by Tribal Police after observing a traffic violation. During contact, Perez was found to have two active warrants issued for her arrest. Perez was arrested by Deputies and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Dennis Salazar Jr. 39 years old, Chimayo, NM

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on above subject after running the license plate and learning the registered owner driver license was revoked with the arrest clause. Using the driver license photograph, Deputy confirmed the driver was the registered owner.   Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Arrested: Adam Valdoz   Age: 24    Pecos,NM

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Jail reference to an inmate being found with a controlled substance. Upon arriving the deputy was informed of the contraband which was seized and submitted into evidence. The inmate was charged and booked accordingly.
