On Wednesday, August 15, 2018, at approximately 3:10AM, the above listed suspect was driving his vehicle in a careless manner. Deputy Montoya conducted a traffic stop on that vehicle and observed that the suspect displayed signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and transported to the SFSO where a breath test was administered. The driver had a breath alcohol content of over the legal limit of .08. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC accordingly.

Suspect: Jolene Otero(37)
Victim: 40 Year Old Male
Deputies were dispatched to aforementioned location for an intoxicated female(suspect) who was pounding on the door and being loud. Upon arrival, Deputies noticed blood shot watery eyes, slurred speech and an alcoholic beverage emitting from her person. Jolene was told multiple times to leave and to be quite. Jolene did not comply and was arrested on above charges.

Location: Residence in the Peak Place Mobile Home Park (Tesuque N.M.)
Stolen: Misc. clothing items, Beer, Misc. tools and kitchen knives
On 8-14-18 the victim reported someone has been unlawfully entering their home several times over the past few weeks stealing misc. items. The case is under investigation.

Location: 2400 block of Highway 14
Arrested: Daniel Carlton Age:29 Charlottesville, Va.
Above person was contacted by Deputies after receiving a call for a welfare of the male. The caller stated the male climbed out from behind bushes on a deserted portion of the highway. After contacting the male, he was found to have an active warrant issued for his arrest. Carlton was arrested and was taken to jail.

Victim reported to Deputy sometime between 9:30 am and 12:42 pm today, unknown persons forced entry into his vehicle and stole the listed type of items. Case is under investigation.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the reporting parties residence in reference to a Auto Burglary. Upon speaking with the reporting party, it was discovered that an unknown person(s) unlawfully entered her vehicle and stole a gold chain and a set of Bluetooth head phones. This case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Patricia Marron Age: 34 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to area in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect bit the victim during an argument. The suspect was arrested without incident and taken to jail where she was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Clyde Lucero Age: 46 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a possible disturbance. Upon arrival, it was learned the Lucero had an active warrant issued for his arrest. Lucero was arrested without incident and taken to jail.

Deputies were dispatched to location reference a male lighting luggage on fire. Upon arrival, the male was found to have on his possession a controlled substance. The male was then arrested and booked into the jail without incident.

Victim reported that an unknown suspect(s) used her personal information to opene a Verizon Wireless account under her account as she received a package on Monday, August 6, 2018 containing a new cellular phone. Case is under investigation.
