Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Above subject was being evicted from the room and a hypodermic needle with a brown liquid (Heroin) was located in plain view. Suspect admitted the narcotic was hers.  Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Stolen: Passport, Social security card, birth certificate, vehicle title.

Suspect(s): Pending

Victim reported  unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into his residence on July 9, 2018 between the hours of 11am and 9pm through an unlocked window in the dining room and stole the above mentioned items.  Case is under investigation.

 

Case # 0218011172, Death Investigation 7-10-2018

Location: 200 Block of Los Pinos road Santa Fe, NM

Deceased: male subject age: 32

Deputies responded to above location in reference to an ambulance assist involving a male subject  who was unconscious and not breathing. Medic personnel arrived on scene and performed life saving measures , but were unsuccessful. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

Charges: Two  Luna County Magistrate Court Warrants, (1) Failure to Appear on a Revoked Drivers License, (1) Failure to Appear on a Battery Upon a Household Member.

On 07-09-18, contact was made with the above individual, During the contact it was learned he had two active bench warrants issued out of Luna County, State of New Mexico. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 07-09-18, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen wallet. The victim reported her wallet was stolen, after she left it by a slot machine.  Suspect information is pending at this time.

On Sunday, July 8, 2018 at approximately 3:40pm, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of contraband. Suspect had been arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility earlier in the day. Suspect was found in possession of a knife. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
