On 05-23-18 a bolo or a reckless driver was given out by Santa Fe County Regional Emergency Communication Center. The bolo was in reference to a red 4 door car, which was almost striking other vehicles and the center barrier as it traveled south on US 84/285. The vehicle was located pulling over onto the shoulder and turing off its lights. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of intoxication. SFST's were administered and the driver showed signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and agreed to a breath test, his results were above the .08 legal limit. The individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly. The driver did not have any prior DWI's and his vehicle was towed.

On 05-22-18 the victim reported between 7:30pm and 8:15pm, an unknown person entered her unlocked car door and removed about $10.00 in coin from her ash tray. The victim stated she did not see anyone in the area that may have taken the money. Suspect information is pending.

On 05-22-18, Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a criminal damage to property report. The reporting party stated the above suspect was throwing a sandal around in a cell and broke a light fixture and the bulb. The above was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly.

On 5-22-18, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a report of a Domestic. During the investigation it was determined the above suspect battered a household member. He was taken into custody and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On 05-22-18 the victim reported between 12:00pm and 10:10pm, someone entered the residence and stolen the above items. Entry was gained by using a flat tool to pry open the door. Suspect information is pending at this time.

On 05-22-18 the above individual was stopped for a speeding violation. The above individual was found to be impaired and taken into custody. The above individual was found to be in possession of a pyrex pipe. The above individual submitted to testing an blew over the .08 BrAC. The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly. The vehicle was seized as per Santa Fe County Ordinance.

On May 22nd, 2018 I was dispatched to the Adult Detention Facility, in reference to a narcotics violation. Through the investigation it was learned the suspect concealed a clear in color film containing (6) orange in color powdery like pills. Correctional Officers discovered the narcotics while conducting a strip search. The narcotics will be sent to the labs for further testing. The suspect was booked accordingly.

On Monday, May 21, 2018 deputies were dispatched to the aforementioned address in reference to a burglary. Victim reported an unknown suspect entered his residence sometime between May 12 and May 13 stealing the above listed items. There is currently no suspect info.

Victim reported an issue with her checking account. An unknown person obtained her account number and routing number and created checks. The fake checks were cashed at various stores totalling $2,648.04. The victim will contact her bank to ascertain the addresses for the businesses where the checks were cashed. It is believed they were cashed somewhere in California
