0218003303-Burglary-Conspiracy to commit a felony- Criminal Damage to property-03/03/18

Deputies responded to a Burglary in Progress. Deputies located the suspects who were neighbors. Suspects admitted to breaking into the home for a crockpot. Suspects were booked into SFCADC without incident.

0218003281/ Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor/ 03-03-18

Location: State Road 599 mm 5- Santa Fe Area

Arrested 1: Jamie Archuleta age: 22

Arrested 2: Henry Roybal age: 19

Charges: 1: Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, DWI, Selling, giving alchohol to a minor, and Speeding.

Charge 2: Minor in Possession of Alcoholic Beverages

On 03-03-18 a traffic stop was conducted on the above vehicle after the vehicle was observed speeding 71mph in a posted 55mph zone. Upon making contact with the driver (Jamie Archuleta) odor of an intoxicating liqour. There were three passengers in the vehicle, two of which were under the age of 21 and both displayed signs of being under the influence of intoxicating liqour. The driver submitted to SFSTs and was subsequently placed under arrest for DWI. He did provide a breath sample of .10/.10 BrAC.

During investigation it was learned the driver had provided alchoholic beverages to the underaged individuals, Henry Roybal (age: 19) and a 17 year old juvenile. Jamie was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Henry was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly for allowing himself to be served..

Location: US 84/285 mm 282- Eldorado area

Arrested: Aleza Phothisene age: 26

On 03-02-18 a traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle being driven by the above subject. During the traffic stop an active arrest warrant  was found for the above individuals arrest. The warrant was issued out of Torrance County Magistrate Court for Failing to Appear on a Minor in Possession of Alcohol charge. She was booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

0218003253/Agg DWI/ 3-2-18

Suspect: Jose Sandoval

On Friday, March 2, 2018, Deputies responded NM 502 MM 8 in reference to a crash.  While conducting an investigation, Deputies discovered the driver/suspect to be impaired.  Suspect failed field sobriety testing and was subsequently arrested for DWI.  Suspects vehicle was also seized.

Location: Residence on Alamo Lane, Santa Fe area

On 3-2-18 the victim reported someone entered two of their unlocked vehicles rummaging through the glove boxes sometime during the previous night.

0218003249, Forgery/ Fraud, 3-2-2018

Location: 1574 State Road 502, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Pending

The reporting party stated a check was written back to a parent as a refund for school book in the amount of $40.95 and was mailed out to the parent.  The booker keeper noticed the checked was cashed for $800.95 and the original name and total amount on the check was altered. Case is under investigation.

0218003244, Larceny, 3-2-2018

Stolen GNB Marathon Batteries

Sometime between March 1, 2018 at 5pm and March 2, 2018 at 9am, unknown suspect(s) stole 20 batteries from the cell phone tower valued at $750.00. Case is under investigation.

0218003239 / Possession of a controlled substance (Suboxone and Heroin) / 3-2-18

Arrested: Shannon Gallegos, 36yr old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On 3-2-18 while jail staff was conducting a pat down search of the defendant they located Heroin and Suboxone on her person.

0218003208 Possession of a controlled substance 3/1/18

Location: 17486A US Hwy 84/285
Arrested: Andrew Garcia Age: 30   Chimayo, NM
                  Udabelle Martinez  Age:26  Coyote, NM
Tesuque Police Department requested assistance with (2) individuals that were non -native. Contact was made with a male subject, a brown tar like substance was observed mixed in with his cigarettes. Garcia was placed under arrest for the narcotics.  The other occupant identified as Udabelle Martinez was arrested by Tesuque Tribal Police Sgt. David Luginbuhl for an outstanding warrant. While Sgt. Luginbuhl was booking Martinez at the jail she disclosed that she had narcotics in her possession. Martinez was also charged accordingly.
