Person Arrested: Irene Banda-Villescas 31 year old female.
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle crash near Cities of Gold Casino in Pojoaque. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the above listed female subject was involved in a verbal argument with her boyfriend. The female then intentionally damaged her boyfriends truck. Contact with the female was made and an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. Upon completion of a DUI investigation, the female was transported to the adult detention center where she was charged and booked without incident.

Location: Santa Fe County Road 109/ US 84/285 (Pojoaque)
Deputies was dispatched to the above area to locate a possible drunk driving. The vehicle was located failing to maintain lanes. Contact was made with the driver which he displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested and agreed to provide a breath sample. He had a breath alcohol content of more then twice the legal limit of .08. He was booked into the Santa Fe County ADC. His vehicle was seized.

Victim reported after returning home after being absent he found the door to his apartment open and the listed items missing. Case is under investigation.

Person Arrested: Edward Kloss, 42 year old male subject
On the aforementioned date, Deputies initiated a traffic stop due to the above listed male subject driving at a high rate of speed. Upon making contact with the above mentioned male subject, an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected and a DUI investigation was conducted. The male subject was subsequently arrested and transported to the adult detention center where he was charged and booked without incident.

Suspect: Brandon May Age 26
Victim: 20 year old female
Location: SF County Road 113 (Nambe)
Victim reported that she and the suspect were living together as friends. She explained that suspect become jealous over people messaging her on her phone. Suspect pointed his gun at her then took her phone and broke it. He then held her down with his hand on her face against her will. This investigation was turned over to Santa Fe County criminal investigation division. Further charges are pending. He was arrested on the above listed charges accordingly and booked into the Santa Fe County ADC.

Victim discovered the license plate to his vehicle was stolen while on a hike. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Gabriel Rotunno Age: 27 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a single vehicle crash. Upon arrival, deputies located the driver who displayed signs of impairment. The driver refused to submit to sobriety testing but did submit to chemical testing. The results of the tests were .22, .22. The driver was arrested and booked into the jail with the listed charges. The vehicle was not seized.

The listed person was contacted by deputies after they received a call for service stating a male was at an establishment banging on windows. During their contact, the male was found to have an active warrant for his arrest.

Victims husband returned from the gym to find victim unresponsive in the master bedroom. Life saving techniques were administered by medics. To no avail. No suspicious activity was observed.
