Arrestee: Shantel Benavidez

On January 20, 2018, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Detention Center regarding an inmate in possession of suspected suboxone.  Correction officers located the contraband in the suspects cell.  Suspect refused to speak with Deputies and was rebooked accordingly.

Arrestee: Carmen Lopez   Age: 59

On Saturday, January 20, 2018 Deputies conducted a traffic top at the aforementioned location where contact was made with Carmen Lopez.  Deputies discovered Carmen had an outstanding warrant for Embezzlement and was arrested.  Carmen was transported and booked at the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 2000 Block of T Anna        (Agua Fria Village)

Arrested: Amberly Montoya                    age: 26

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a narcotic violation. Upon speaking to the above suspect, Deputies observed 2 hypodermic needles in plain view.  Suspect admitted to using the hypodermic needles last night when using heroin. Suspect was arrested and booked at ADC.

Location: Cedar Court, Edgewood, NM

Decedent:   68 year old male

Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an ambulance assist.  Medic personnel arrived on scene and found no signs of life on the male individual. The decedent had a history of medical conditions. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.

Charge: Bench Warrant Failure to Appear- Bernalilllo Metro Court

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with the above individual who had an active bench warrant. Subject was arrested and booked at ADC accordingly.

On 01-18-19 the above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County ADF on the above listed warrant. The original charge was DWI.

Location: Peaceful Drive- Edgewood,NM

Arrested: Nathan Anderjewski age: 30

Charges: False Imprisonment, Battery Upon a Household Member, Service of Documents

On 01-19-18 Deputies responded to a Domestic Dispute at the above location. During the investigation it was determined the arrestee battered a household member and did not allow the family member to leave the residence during the disputed. The above listed was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate court. The warrant was for failing too appear on a shoplifting case.

Location: Interstate 25 mp 275 Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: David Chacon     Age: 55       Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the area of I-25 at the county line in reference to a reckless driver. Dispatch gave a description of the vehicle which was located and stopped on I-25 mile post 275. Upon contact with the driver, he was found to have been driving his vehicle while his license was revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was arrested and his vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Vehicle Ordinance.

Deputies were dispatched to Calle Militon for a call of service. Deputies contacted suspect who had an outstanding warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Suspect was booked in SFCADC without incident.
