On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Rancho Viejo area in reference to a report of a reckless driver. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. Upon speaking with the above mentioned female driver, an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. A DWI investigation was conducted and the driver was subsequently arrested and transported to the adult detention center where she was charged and booked accordingly.

On listed date Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised the listed items were stolen from the home. Victim informed Deputies that high dollar items such as Televisions, Computers and iPods were bypassed by suspects during the burglary. No suspects at this time

On Friday, January 19, 2018, at approximately 12:53am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. During an argument between suspect and victim 1 the suspect battered victim 1. Suspect then went into another room at location and battered victim 2. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Taken: Remington 700 30-6, CVA Black powder rifle , FIE 12 Gauge Shotgun, CA Model 50 handgun, Platinum Diamond Ring,Jewelry box containing misc jewelry, Wii game console w/ games and controllers.
I was dispatched to the residence in reference to a burglary. It was learned that sometime between the hours of 7:10am and 3:55pm unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence by throwing a rock through the front dining room. Once inside the residence unknown suspect(s) rummaged through the residence taking above items with them. The suspect(s) left through the front door.. Case is ongoing

Deputies were dispatched Bison Ct for a suspicious person. Contact was made with the suspect. Suspect had an outstanding warrant and was searched prior to entering marked unit. Suspect had Meth and heroin. Suspect was taken to SFCADC without further incident.

On 1-17-18 deputies observed a male passed out behind the wheel of a blue Mitsubishi Eclipse at the intersection of South McCurdy road and Camino De Roberto. When deputies attempted to contact the male he fled in the vehicle leading deputies on a short vehicle pursuit that ended in the Pueblo Mobile Home Park off Corlett Road in Espanola. The male was taken into custody and found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was transported to the Espanola Hospital and admitted for unrelated medical conditions.

Victim reported sometime between September 2017 and today's date the bobcat tractor was stolen from their yard. Case is under investigation.

Location: 4500 block of Agua Fria Street, Santa Fe, NM
On Wednesday, January 17, 2018 at approximately 8:36pm, deputies responded to the area in reference to an unidentified male, who was seen throwing an object at a Santa Fe City bus. The object hit a window to the bus causing damage to the window, The male then fled the scene. Investigation is ongoing.
