Case#:0218000674, Battery on a Peace Officer, Battery Against a Household Member, Assault against a Household Member, 1/13/18

Person Arrested: Patrick Lee Pacheco, 34 year old male subject

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the area of the east frontage road in reference to a Domestic Disturbance.  Upon arrival, contact was made with the above mentioned male subject who was intoxicated.  The male subject and his significant other were involved in a physical altercation at which time, he battered her.  The male subject was arrested and transported to the adult detention center where he was charged and booked without further incident.

Person Arrested: Mariano Romero, 27 year old male subject

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the adult detention center in reference to a report of a narcotics violation.  Upon arrival, it was learned that the above mentioned male subject was found in possession of a controlled substance during a search of his holding cell.  The male subject was Mirandized and refused to speak about the incident.  The male subject was charged and rebooked without incident.   

 

Case#:0218000665, Driving while License Revoked, 1/12/18

Person Arrested: Starrett Huntsman, 34 year old male subject

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies conducted a traffic stop on US highway 285, mile post 286 for excessive speed.  Upon further investigation, the above mentioned male subject was found to be driving a motor vehicle with his driving privileges revoked.  The male subject was taken into custody pursuant to the suspended/revoked driver's license arrest clause.  The vehicle was also seized per Santa Fe Counties vehicle seizure ordinance.

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway

Taken: TPO Robot Welder in a Green Box with SFSR spray painted on the side ($6,000), 60 lb. Husky Compressor ($1,000), and two doors damaged ($200)

 Deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a Burglary. Victim stated he suspects an employee of the theft. No further information at this time.

Incident Location:11 Entrada Descanso, Santa Fe, NM

On Friday, January 12, 2018, deputies made contact with the victim by phone in regards to a fraud.  Victim reported someone used his identity to purchase a vehicle in Atlanta, Georgia.  There is no suspect info at this time.

Person Arrested: Pamela Snagg, 27 year old female subject

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to I-25, mile post 271 in reference to a welfare check.  Upon further investigation, it was discovered that the above mentioned female had two active warrants for her arrest. The female subject gave Deputies multiple fictitious names and identifying information.  Upon discovering the females true identity, she was taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center  where she was charged and booked without incident.

Location: Carro De Palomas

Stolen: Luxury leather purse

Victim reported the listed item was stolen on January 6, 2018 from her residence.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and it was discovered he had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear. Suspect was taken to SFCADC without incident.
