On Monday, January 8, 2018 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail to serve an arrest order.  David was served the warrant for failing to comply with conditions for the original charge of driving on a revoked license.  David was rebooked.

On January 8, 2018 Deputies contacted the victim via telephone in regards to a Larceny.  Victim advised sometime between 12/19/18 and 1/7/18 someone stole the listed items from his porch.  There is no current suspect info at this time.

On Saturday January 6, 2018, deputies conducted a traffic stop at the aforementioned location where contact was made with Nelson.  It was discovered that Nelson was driving on a revoked driver's license with an arrest clause.  Nelson was arrested and booked accordingly.

On January 6, 2018, Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Jail to serve current inmate Douglas Angel with an arrest warrant.  Douglas was served with the warrant for failing to comply with his drug court program.  Douglas was rebooked.

Person Arrested: Catana Lopez, 41 year old female subject

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the Rancho Viejo area in reference to a motor vehicle collision.  Upon arrival, contact was made with the above mentioned female.  Signs of consuming alcoholic beverages were observed by deputies and a DWI investigation was conducted.  Upon completion of the investigation, the female was placed under arrest and transported to the adult detention center where she was charged and booked without incident.

Damaged: 2011 Red Toyota($2000)

On Friday January 5, 2018 I was dispatched to the above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Contact was made with victim who advised her sister keyed her vehicle. Victim advised the vehicle was damaged sometime between Wednesday January 3, 2018 and Friday January 5, 2018. Victim advised she did not report the incident because her husband did not tell her about the vehicle. Victim advised she has a bad relationship with her sister and is certain she is the individual responsible.

Arrestee: Justin Marquez  Age: 22

On January 5, 2018 Deputies received a tip that the above suspect was at the aforementioned location with an active warrant.  Deputies made contact with Justin  who was served with the warrant for failure to comply on the original charge of Battery against a Household Member. Arrestee was booked at the jail.
