Incident Location: Pojoaque Terrace Mobile Home Park

Items Taken: Stihl chainsaw, Leaf Blower, weed eater

Value: $1,915.00

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victims home in reference to a report of a Larceny.  Upon arrival, It was discovered that the above mentioned items were taken from the front porch of his home. The victim advised he was unaware of when exactly the items  were taken.  The case is under investigation.

0217012328 –Possession of Controlled Substance – 08-20-17

Location: NM-599 – West Frontage Rd

 Suspect: Kimberly Rivera – 42 – Fort Worth, TX

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance (Cocaine) – Possession of Marijuana (< 1oz) – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

The Suspect was found passed out in her vehicle with a plastic baggie containing suspected Cocaine between her legs.  A subsequent search of the vehicle turned up a “Crack Pipe”, a small amount of Marijuana and some Drug Paraphernalia.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Location: Buffalo Thunder Casino

Arrested: Ruby Faks, 28 year old female from Santa Fe N.M.

In the early morning hours of 8-20-17 The defendant battered a household member during an argument in the parking lot of the Buffalo Thunder Casino.  She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: 28 Camino Justicia, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Nicholas Dodson 38 yoa, Santa Fe, NM

Subject had an active  bench warrant out of Sandoval County Magistrate Court for failure to comply with conditions of probation while incarcerated at the above location. Subject was re-booked on the warrant.

Location: NorthFork, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Richard Maes 32yoa, Los Lunas, NM

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a welfare check.  During the course of the investigation, above suspect initially concealed his true identity and fled the residence through a bedroom window.  Deputy pursued the suspect on foot, which he was apprehended on four active bench warrants.  Suspect was booked and charged accordingly.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to a residence in reference to an medical assistance.  Upon arrival it was discovered that a 29 year old male subject had taken his own life with a handgun.  No foul play was discovered during the course of the investigation.

Items Stolen: Silver jewelry box, misc jewelry, (Total value: $300)

Victim reported that between 8-18-2017 and 8-19-2017 unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence through a window damaging the window screen and metal flashing. Upon entry of the residence, victim reported the above items were stolen. Case is under investigation.

Deputy Archuleta-Bernal was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined unknown suspect(s) gained  entry into the residence through an unsecured window between 11:15am and 1:15pm on today's date and stole the listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Deputy Barnett was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined unknown suspect(s) gained  entry into the residence through a front opened window by removing the window screen between 8:30am and 1:30pm on today's date and stole the listed items.  Case is under investigation.

Suspect was arrested on two bench warrants out of Santa Fe Magistrate for failure to appear in court on Shoplifting, conspiracy, and possession of drug paraphernalia. (Original charges). Suspect was Booked without incident.
