On the listed date I was dispatched to Sunrise Rd in reference to a Domestic dispute. Upon arrival I made contact with the suspect. The suspect was placed in handcuffs after the investigation lead to him being the aggressor. The suspect began to resist and refused to be placed into a patrol vehicle. The suspect was then booked into to ADC for the above listed charges.

Inmate Tapia was found to be possession of a controlled substance by Jail Staff during a search. Inmate Tapia refused to speak. Inmate Tapia was rebooked into jail and charged accordingly.

 Victim  advised sometime between the hours of 9:30 am and 3:45 pm on today’s date someone attempted to enter his home through a window without his consent. The victim stated the screen to a window on the rear of the house was completely removed and damaged. The victim stated the listed item was stolen from the porch valued at $70.00. The victim stated he is unaware of anyone who could have wanted to burglarize his house. There are no known suspects or witnesses.

Subject was located smoking marijuana in a vehicle with the windows up occupied by his three juvenile siblings.

Stolen: Kenwood Stereo, Fosgate Amp, 2-12 inch speakers

Value: $2,700.00

On 08/15/17 the victim reported his GMC Sierra was stolen on Sunday at about 3:00am from his residence. However, the victim did not report the vehicle as stolen. On 08/15/17 the victim was advised his vehicle was near the 274 mile marker on I-25. When the victim went to his vehicle he discovered his truck was burglarized and damaged. The above items were removed from the vehicle. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Stolen: Jeep Wrangler T-Tops valued at $1,000

 

On 08-15-17 at about 2:45am security cameras captured a male driving a blue Chevrolet truck, breaking into a Jeep Wrangler and stealing the T-Tops.  The case is under investigation.
