Case#: 0217011052, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 7/28/17

Person Arrested: Daniel Dumovitz, 36 year old male subject

 

On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the adult detention center in reference to a report of a Narcotics Violation.  Upon arrival it was learned that the above mentioned male subject was in possession of Narcotics during a jail cell inspection.  The male subject was charged and re-booked without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to above subject having 6 active bench warrants  for his arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate Magistrate Court and Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear.  Subject was arrested and booked at ADC.

Vehicle: Purple 1999 Jeep Cherokee

Charges: Driving While License Revoked, No Insurance

On Friday, July 28, 2017 at approximately 2:05am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle accident. Suspect was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a revoked driver's license with the 66-8-122G arrest clause attached. Deputies were unable to locate proof of insurance with the vehicle. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was not seized due to having heavy damage as a result of the motor vehicle accident.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).
