A Blue in color Hyundai Sonata was called in as a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle and made contact with the above listed individual.  the odor of an intoxicant was present on his person. Field sobriety tests were administered and the above listed person showed signs of impairment.  Subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

an unknown suspect made entry into her house from the front door and stole listed items.  There is no further information on the suspect at this time.

Location: US-84/285 - 183 Mile Marker

 Suspect: Frankie Gutierrez - Santa Clara Pueblo, NM

Charges: Speeding - Aggravated DWI

The suspect was stopped for speeding (83Mph in a 55Mph) on US-84/285 at the 183 Mile Marker. Upon contact an odor of an alcoholic beverage was detected and the driver stated he had one drink. The suspect showed signs of impairment on the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was arrested. The suspect agreed to provide a breath sample with the readings being .16 BrAC and .16 BrAC.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Due to a prior conviction for DWI the suspect's vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance.

 Suspect: Garrett Mutz – 22 - Santa Fe, NM

Charges: DWI – Speeding

Deputy conducted a traffic stop with the above suspect for speeding.  During the traffic stop.  SFST's were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested on above charges.  The suspect’s vehicle was seized due to prior DWI arrests. Suspect blew a .08,.08.

The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Subjects was served on an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court at the above location for failure to comply with conditions of release.  Subject was re-booked at ADC accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to above address regarding a domestic dispute. It was found that the above listed person had an active warrant for failing to pay fines. Subject was booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- Patricia Martinez 28 yo Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the above address regarding a domestic dispute. Through investigation, it was determined that the above listed person had battered her mother and stabbed another person at the residence. Subject was booked accordingly.

Case 0217010510-Forgery Fraud-07/19/17

Suspect: 37 Year Old Male

Victim: 45 Year Old Male

 Victim stated he believes an ex-employee (suspect) is the individual responsible for cashing eight checks with the amount totaling between $5,000-$7,000 dollars.  Suspect had access to the checks and knew the location of the checks. Victim also advised his wife pre-signed all the checks thus allowing anyone to cash them.

Victim reported a credit card went missing from his home and was used numerous times in the Santa Fe area.  Case is under investigation.

Missing: 14 YOM

While at Walmart, 14 YOM ran away after telling his dad he was going to the bathroom.   The store and surrounding areas were checked and he was not found.  Unknown where he may be going.
