On Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at approximately 2:15am, vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and contact was made with the occupants of the vehicle. Suspect advised he was the owner of the vehicle and provided a false name. Suspect was identified and it was discovered the suspect had an outstanding arrest warrant for Failure to Comply with Conditions of Release out of Torrance County. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect: Hispanic Male(27)
Victim stated he was at home when suspect showed up at his residence and he believed he was going to rob him. Victim said suspect asked him for money and then pulled out a gun and pointed it at him. Victim said he heard the suspect try and pull the trigger but the gun did not go off. Suspect then got in his vehicle and was leaving the residence, when he pointed the gun at the victims vehicle, and shot at one of the tires. Victim said suspect quickly left the area.

Victim: Male, 45, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Male, 19, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member
On Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at approximately 12:12am, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. The victim and suspect, who are household members, were involved in a verbal argument. During the argument, suspect battered the victim and broke a door inside the residence. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. No one received any life-threatening injuries as a result of this incident.

Suspect 1: Melinda Ronquillo, 35, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect 2: Daniel Vigil, 36, Santa Fe, NM
Vehicle: black 2002 Buick CX
Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving While License is Suspended, No proof of Insurance, No Registration
On Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at approximately 2:17am, vehicle was seen in the area. The license plate was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a cancelled registration. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and contact was made with the driver, suspect 1. Driver was unable to provide proof of insurance, registration, or a driver's license. Suspect 1 was run through N.C.I.C. and returned with a suspended license. Suspect 2 had four outstanding arrest warrants for failure to appear for the original charges of Shoplifting, Unlawful Use of a License, Concealing Identity, and DWI. Suspect 2 was placed under arrest. The vehicle was impounded and while searching the vehicle, drug paraphernalia was located and Suspect 1 admitted to owning it. Suspect 1 was placed under arrest. Both suspects were transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Suspect was stopped by Pojoaque PD for a traffic violation. Suspect had a Magistrate Warrant. Suspect was taken to SFC ADC without incident.

Victim: 56 year old male
Victim And suspect got into a physical altercation. During the altercation suspect retrieved a weapon and struck victim in the head with it. Suspect was taken to SFC ADC without incident.

Victim: 39 Year Old Male
Location: Sunrise Road
I made contact with the victim who stated that his girlfriend hit him on the back of the head with a water glass. The victim stated that the glass shattered causing a laceration to the back of his head. The suspect was located near the residence on Sunrise road. After being interviewed it was determined that the suspect and victim were arguing about her taking the car. The suspect then battered the victim with the glass. Suspect was arrested.

Items Taken- Cosmetics, Backpack
Victim reported that her 2005 Nissan Altima had been burglarized within the last week and the above items were taken. Value of items totals $100. Case is under investigation.

Suspect: Edward Fields - 33 - Espanola, NM
Charges: Battery upon a Peace Officer
The suspect was interfering with a Pojoaque Tribal Police Officer while he was attempting to arrest another person. The suspect was warned repeatedly to back away from the officer. When the suspect raised his arms towards a security officer he was tased by the police officer. After being tased the suspect grabbed the police officer by the arm.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Incident Location: N.Wheimer Road, (Cedar Grove)
On the aforementioned date, Deputies responded to the victims home regarding a report of a Burglary. Upon speaking with the victim, she advised that jewelry and some other miscellaneous items were taken from her home while she was out of town. The victim was able to provide information regarding a possible suspect. This case is currently under investigation.
