Deputy Assigned: James Blaisure

Commander Entering: Corporal David

Location: Calle Agua Clara

 

Deputy Blaisure was dispatched to the above area in reference to two males pretending to be PNM employees attempting to get into people's residences.  Upon arrival it was learned the two males were asking impertinent questions about the victim about her residence and whether her husband was home or not.  Suspects refused to show identification from PNM and left the area on foot.  No vehicle was seen in the area.  Suspects were wearing black shirts, khaki pants, and black baseball caps.

0217009452 / Battery Against a Household Member, Larceny / 7-3-17

Location: Berrendo Road (Turquoise Trail)

Suspect: Joseph Gutierez

Stolen: Household Items and electronics

Deputy Lattin was dispatched to the listed address in reference to a larceny.  Upon arrival it was learned the listed suspect had battered the victim and stolen several items from the residence.  Suspect left the area prior to Law Enforcement arrival.

Deputy Bell was dispatched to the listed location in reference to a burglary.  Upon arrival victim advised after returning home she found the listed items stolen from the residence.  There was no forced entry into the residence, case is under investigation.

Location: Ave. Casa del Oro / Ave. Vista Grande   (Eldorado)

Deceased:    70 year old male

Deputies were dispatched to the area of Ave. Casa Del Oro and Ave. Vista Grande in reference to a male found deceased. Upon arrival, deputies located a male deceased on the ground next to a vehicle. Case is under investigation.

Location: Agua Fria / Siler Road

Arrested: Anthony Garcia      Age: 27    Santa Fe,NM

Deputy observed vehicle passing vehicles in center lane at high rate of speed. Deputy gave chase and stopped vehicle at the Siler and Agua Fria. Driver displayed signs of impairment and sobriety tests were administered. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. Driver taken to jail where he was booked accordingly.

Location: 500 block of State Road 76- La Puebla

Arrested: Roselio Duran age: 24

Charges: Bench Warrants issued out of Rio Arriba District Court

On 07/02/17 contact was made with the above individual. Upon running the individual was ran through Santa Fe County RECC. It was learned the individual had three active warrants for his arrest. The warrants were issued out of the Rio Arriba Magistrate Court, charging him with failing to appear on three separate cases. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Person Arrested- Samuel Romero 27 yo Santa Fe

Above subject was arrested at the above location on an active bench warrant out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court.  Subject was booked at ADC accordingly.
