Deputy observed the listed person operating a vehicle and believed he had an active warrant. The driver was stopped at the listed location and contact was made. The driver did not have a warrant but did have a restricted license. The driver had bypassed the ignition interlocked device therefore he was arrested for driving while license is revoked. The vehicle was then seized. Case closed.

Deputy was dispatched to the above location regarding damage to property. Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed person had damaged a light fixture within the facility. The fixture was valued at $500. Subject was booked accordingly.

On the aforementioned date, Deputies made contact with a victim who advised their identity had been obtained by an unknown person(s) in the state of Illinois. Upon further conversation with the victim, it appeared the unknown person used the victims information for insurance purposes. This case is currently under investigation.

Arrested: Dale Valdez, 32-year-old male from Velarde N.M.
On 6-28-17 Jail staff found Mr. Valdez in possession of a large quantity of Heroin and Xanex pills and a small quantity of Suboxone. He was arrested on the above charges.

Suspect was contacted during a motorist assist and found to have an outstanding arrest warrant.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Deputy Maylone was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Jail in reference to an inmate with an active warrant. Deputy Maylone rebooked the listed suspect on the active warrant, original charge failure to comply with electronic monitoring conditions.

Deputy Maylone was dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility in reference to an inmate being found with narcotics. Upon arrival it was determined jail staff caught the listed inmate with heroin, suboxone, Adderall and marijuana. Suspect was booked accordingly.
