On 06/21/17 the above individual was stopped for a traffic violation on Avenida del Sur. Upon checking the above individuals license status, two active warrants for his arrest were located. One warrant was issued out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court for failing to appear on a traffic violation. The other warrant was issued out of Rio Arriba Magistrate Court for failing to appear on a traffic violation. He was booked into the Santa Fe county Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On 06/21/17 the above individual was taken into custody on a District Court Warrant issued of the First Judicial District Court. The warrant was for failing to comply with conditions of release. He was booked without incident into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were called to do a welfare check on a person seen in the area. Upon contact with the suspect it was learned he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest.

A verbal argument arose between the suspect and friend of his. When the suspect’s wife tried to separate them she was punched in the head with a closed fist by the suspect.

Charges: Aggravated DWI – Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an Officer – Following too closely
The suspect was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal after the suspect was called in as being a reckless driver. During a DWI investigation the suspect showed signs of impairment. The suspect refused to submit to the Field Sobriety Tests and twice tried to run away from the deputies and into traffic.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

During an argument the suspect smashed a beer can against the victims neck and then scratched him. The suspect then picked up a knife and went after the victim. As the victim left his apartment the suspected stabbed the door with the knife.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

The warrant charged the individual with Child Abuse and Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.
