Bureau of Affairs (BIA) Officer stopped the suspect for speeding. Driver was impaired and a Deputy was called to the scene. Following an investigation the suspect was arrested for DWI. The suspect’s vehicle was seized due to two prior DWI arrests.
The suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the above charge(s).

Victim reported sometime on 7-13-2017 between 5:40pm and 8:00am on 7-14-2017, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the building and stole the above mentioned items. Case is under investigation.

Victim reports an unknown person gained entry into his residence on July 13, 2017 between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. and stole the above mentions items. Case is under investigation.

On July 13, 2017, at approximately 4:41pm, I responded to reckless driver call in reference to suspect vehicle. Observed vehicle traveling northbound on I25. A traffic stop was conducted and contact made with the suspect. When checking suspects driver license status dispatch advised suspect had a revoked driver license with an arrest clause. Suspect was placed under arrest and taken to the Detention Center for incarceration.

Taken: .22 Rifle, Camera and Camera lighting System($4000)
The victim stated that between 6:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., unknown persons forced entry into his home through a window behind his house and stole the listed items. At this time there are no known suspects and witnesses. Due to the terrain tire impression and shoe prints were not found. The victim did not have video surveillance or an alarm. The victim did not have serial numbers for the items taken at this time.

Deputies were called to assist Los Alamos Police who were perusing the above stolen vehicle east bound on NM 502. Los Alamos discontinued they’re involvement and stated the vehicle continued east on 502. Deputies intercepted the vehicle in the Pojoaque Area and attempted to conduct a traffic stop. Driver refused to bring the vehicle to a stop and drove east bound on Camino Del Rincon. Deputies discontinued the chase for safety reasons and lost sight on the vehicle. Deputies located the vehicle and the driver in the river off of County Rd 113-S. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked.

Victim: 37 Year old Female.
On July 10, 2017 victim stated two friends took Jewelry and clothes. Her friends got into her residence by breaking the lock. No further information was available.

Victim had heard her car alarm going off. Upon inspection of her vehicle it had been broken into. A male came out of the bushes and threated victim with a knife. Male left the area.

The victim reported sometime during the night hours of 7-10-17 someone entered their property and stole their 2006 Yamaha Raptor.

Victim reported he was alerted by his credit monitoring service that a Kohl's credit card account had been opened on his behalf. Victim stated he was informed by Kohl's that the transactions charged amounted to a total of approximately $800 that were done online and one of the items purchased was picked up at a store located in the New Jersey area. Case is under investigation.
