Deputy Lujan was dispatched to the area of Tano Norte in reference to a burglary report.  Upon arrival it was determined the listed items were stolen after unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence through an unlocked door.  The case is under investigation.

0217005115 / Burglary, Larceny, Criminal Damage to Property / 4-13-17

Deputy Assigned: Blaine Lattin

Location: Camino De Mi Angel (Agua Fria)

Stolen: TV's, clothing, jewelry

Damaged:  Door, window

Deputy Lattin responded to the area of Camino De Mi Angel in reference to a report of a burglary.  Upon arrival Deputy Lattin met with the victims and it was determined the listed items were stolen from the residence by unknown suspect(s) after forcing entry into the residence.  Case is under investigation.

Case 0217005061-Burglary-Larceny-Criminal Damage to Property-04/12/17

Location: 100 Block of Cielo Rojo

Taken: Game counsel ; Damage to window ($500)

Victim: 36 Year Old Female

 Above listed victim advised that her house was broken into between 0800 hours and 1700 hours this date. Victim observed a back window into the residence was broken. Victim observed the above listed item missing.

Case 0217005052-Burglary-Larceny-04/12/17

Deputy Assigned: J. Jaramillo

Commander Entering: Sgt. T. Benavidez

Taken: personal Items, US Currency ($300)

Location: 100 Block of San Mateo Way

Victim: 39 Year Old Male

On the above date, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:55 p.m., the above victim's home was burglarized. The  items were reported stolen from inside the house by the victim. There were signs of forced entry through the rear bedroom window.  There are no known suspects or witnesses.

On April 12, 2017 Deputy Archuleta was dispatched to the area of Rabbit Road in reference to a Burglary.  Upon arrival it was determined several electronic items were stolen from the residence after unknown suspect(s) gained forced entry into the residence.  Case is under investigation.

0217005045 / Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Suboxone / 4-12-17

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Antoine Corrales, 26-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.

On 4-12-17 the above defendant was found in possession of 14 strips of Suboxone during a search by Corrections Officers.

Suspect: Cynthia Aguino

Above listed suspect was served with an active arrest warrant while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  Original charge of no insurance, no registration.

0217005017 / Identity Theft, Fraudulent Use of Credit Card, Forgery / 4-11-17

Deputy Assigned: Joseph Lujan

Location: Morning Star (Edgewod)

Deputy Lujan made contact with the victim where it was learned unknown suspects opened two credit cards in her name and also cashed a check with the victim's information without her consent.  Case is under investigation.

Case#: 0217004975, Concealing Identity, Warrant Service 4/11/17

Deputy Handling: C.Cullison

Commander Entering: Cpl R.Ulibarri

Person Arrested: Luis Olivas, 32 year old male subject

 

On the aforementioned date, the above listed male subject was stopped for a speeding violation.  During the course of law enforcement contact, the male subject concealed his identity in efforts to deceive the deputy because of outstanding warrants for his arrest.  The driver's true identity was discovered and he was taken into custody and transported to the adult detention center where he was charged and booked without incident.

0217004845 – False Title or Registration - 04-08-17

Location: US-84/285 – 179 Mile Marker

Suspect: Matthew Torres – 32 - Cordova Fe, NM

Charges:

False Title or Registration

Improper use of Registration

Driving while license suspended

No proof of insurance

Arrest on warrant

 The suspect’s vehicle was stopped because of expired registration.  Upon investigation it was learned that the registration plate was not issued for the suspect’s vehicle and that the validation sticker on the plate was not issued to that plate. The suspect was found to be operating the vehicle while his driver’s license was under suspension.

The suspect also had an outstanding arrest warrant with the original charge being for driving under suspension.
