Deputies responded to the above address. Pojoaque PD received a hit on a license at the casino for a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was located in the parking lot. The above named suspect was driving the vehicle and placed under arrest. He was book into Santa Fe ADC for the above charges.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was learned an unknown suspect aggressively grabbed the victim’s shoulder and attempted to take his dirt bike. The victim described the male suspect as a 5’8”, 180 pounds’ white male, wearing a grey shirt and blue jeans. The suspect was driving a black in color Silverado truck. No other suspect information known at this time.

On date listed, Deputies were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Vehicle had left the scene but was later located. Driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment. An open container was found inside the vehicle. Chemical testing showed a .13 and .13. Driver arrested and booked.

SUSPECT: CRYSTAL PADILLA- 39-YEAR OLD SANTA FE RESIDENT
On 7-17-2022, Deputy Podolak and Sgt. Mosher responded to the above address reference to TRO violation. Deputy Podolak located Crystal Padilla at this residence, which Padilla has been prohibited from being at by a district judge. Padilla was taken into custody for violation of the TRO and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

The suspect was stopped for a traffic violation and was later found impaired and was arrested without incident. The suspect tested more than double the legal limit.

On Saturday, July 16, 2022 deputies responded to the listed location to assist Pojoaque Police who were out with a non native driver that was stopped for failing to maintain her lane of travel. SFST's were administered where the driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested.

Deceased: 69-year-old female from Tesuque New Mexico
On the evening of Friday, July 15, 2022 a 69-year-old female arrived at the casino. As she was walking inside, she became ill and asked an employee to assist her because she felt like she was going to faint. A short time later she went unconscious. Medical staff was immediately summoned to help the female. They attempted life saving procedures for an extended amount of time but were ultimately unsuccessful and she was pronounced deceased on scene by the Office of The Medical Investigator. It appears she passed from an unknown medical episode.

On 7-15-2022, Deputy Puentes took a call for service reference to a burglary. The reporting party advised a storage unit was burglarized on May 20, 2022. Several house hold items were taken from the unit. This case is under investigation.
