On Tuesday, July 26th, 2022 deputies responded to the above location for a report of a violation of a restraining order. Upon arrival, the order was deemed valid and the suspect was found in violation. She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On the above date, the victim received a fraudulent call from someone claiming to be a worker from PNM. Caller advised the victim to pay the above amount through Bit Coin transactions with codes sent to the victim through text message. Afterwards, the victim realized it was a scam and a police report was completed. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Leobardo Arguello 42 yom, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a male that was acting disorderly and was intoxicated. Once on scene contact was made with the male and it was discovered he had consumed several alcoholic beverages and drove to the location. Standardized Field Sobriety Tests were administered and signs of impairment were observed. Suspect was placed under arrest and booked into jail.

Arrested: Monique Rowland 28 yof, Albuquerque, NM
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a suspicious activity. Once in the area the above vehicle attempted to avoid law enforcement contact. The vehicle intentionally drove through a fence and eventually got stuck in arroyo. The above female was located inside the vehicle and was in possession of fentanyl. She also had an active arrest warrant. She was booked into jail.

Location: Los Pinos/ Cerro Del Alamo
Federal probation office advised of the location of a wanted subject. After locating the suspect, he began to run away. While the Deputy was apprehending suspect, the suspect closed his fist and swung at the Deputy knocking his sunglasses off his face. The suspect was then taken into custody and booked into ADC. No injuries were reported during this incident.

Arrested: D'Angelo Gonzales-Lopez 21 yoa (Agua Fria)
Subject was located at the intersection on a stalled out motorcycle at 3:00 a.m. Subject stated he had just purchased the motorcycle at 2:30 a.m. and was driving home. Inspection of the motorcycle showed the ignition and gas tank had been tampered with. The motorcycle was also spray painted black from its original blue color. The motorcycle was reported stolen out of SFPD. The suspect was arrested and booked into SFADC without further incident.

Arrested: Joshua Soveranez 19 yoa male Santa Fe
Deputies were in the area regarding a call of shots being fired out of a loud vehicle. Deputies located a Mazda 3 with a modified exhaust which caused the engine to backfire. The vehicle was also traveling 57 mph in a posted 30 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted to which the driver failed to pull over in a timely fashion. Upon stopping in the 1700 block of Agua Fria St., the driver was found to be heavily intoxicated. He did poorly on SFST's and was arrested. He consented to a breath test and provided results of .16, .17 BrAC. He was booked without further incident.
