0216012390/ Resisting or Obstructing an Officer/ 08/07/16

Location: Avenida Vista Grande and Avenida Azul- Eldorado

Arrested: Darryl Miller  age: 60

Charges: Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, 3 Bench Warrants

On 08/07/16 the above individual was observed riding a motorcycle on Avenida Vista Grande. The above individual had three active warrants for his arrest.  Deputy Romero attempted to stop the motorcycle at which time the above individual fled into the open space area in an attempt to avoid apprehension. Deputy Romero was able to follow the motorcycle tracks on foot and found the above hiding behind bushes. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly on the above charges.

Location: NM State Road 30 one half mile before MM 1

Arrested: Diana Rios   age: 40

Charges: DWI

On 08/06/16 at 3:31 am Deputy was dispatched to the above location in regards to a possible intoxicated driver. Santa Clara Tribal PD was out with the vehicle. During the investigation the driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A breath test was conducted with a result of .11/.10 BrAC. Driver was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The vehicle was seized as per the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordincance

Person Arrested- Lucas Martinez 27 yo Ojo Sarco, NM

While detention staff was conducting a pat search on the above individual, suboxone was located in his sock.  Subject was re booked accordingly.

Location- 28 Camino Justicia

Person Arrested- Leamber Boyd 26 yo Santa Fe

Deputy was dispatched to the above location, detention staff conducted a search of the above individual and found methamphetamine in her body cavity.  She was re booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- Grace Risi 38 yo Santa Fe

Deputy was dispatched to the above location regarding a narcotics violation.  Upon investigation, it was found that the above listed person was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. She was booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- Leonette Martinez 24 yo El Paso, TX

On this date, above listed person was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. Field sobriety tests were administered and she showed signs of impairment and was arrested and booked accordingly.

Person Arrested- Joshua Martinez 22 yo Espanola

Detention staff observed above listed person attempt to conceal an item in his pocket. Upon investigation, the item was found to be narcotics.  Subject was re booked accordingly.

Location: Camino de Rincon- Pojoaque

Arrested: Crystal Holguin  age: 27

Charge: Criminal Damage to Property over $1,000.

Deputies responded to the above location to assist with Pojoaque Tribal PD with a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual intentionally struck the victims vehicle with her vehicle and smashed a window on the vehicle with a brick. The above individual was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member, Driver Must Be Licensed.

Deputies were dispatched to the above location in regards to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned the above individual was had battered a family member. The above individual was leaving the scene when stopped by Deputies. He does not possess a valid driver's  license. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Case #021612245 Possession of a controlled substance 08-04-16

Location: Camel Rock Valero

Arrested: Ronna Simpson 23 yoa female

Deputies were dispatched to assist Tesuque Police. Upon arrival TPD officer advised Deputies they suspected drug use at the gas station. Consent to search was granted and the suspect was found in possession of heroin. She was arrested and booked without incident.
