Arrested Person- Brian Redondo 39 yo Santa Fe, NM

On the above date, deputies were dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic dispute. It was determined that the arrested person assaulted the victim and would not let the victim leave the residence.  Arrested person was booked into the adult detention center.

Location: Casa Rufina Road (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Elijah Reano 31  yoa male (Santa Domingo)

Deputies were dispatched to Casa Rufina Road in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival deputies investigation revealed the suspect battered his girlfriend. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail without further incident.

Arrested: Nicholas Fresquez 23 yoa male

Charges: Santa Fe Municipal Warrant for shoplifting

The person was located in the area, where he was arrested and booked on the above warrant.

 

Case # 0215015975 Burglary 10-09-15

Location Floresta Drive (Eldorado)

Victim reported between the hours of 10:15 am and 12:15 pm an unknown person(s) had forced entry into the residence. Once inside the suspects stole multiple watches from the residence. Case is under investigation.

Location: Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe, NM 87505

Stolen: Utility Trailer

  Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Old Las Vegas HWY  in reference to a burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that suspect(s) unlawfully took his enlclosed utility trailer containing multiple tools inside. The area was canvassed for evidence. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: 28-year-old Victor Maestas (Inmate)

                 18-year-old Adina Caraza-Gomez

                  20-year-old Kaneisha Montano

On 10-08-15 Ms. Caraza-Gomez  brought Suboxone into the visiting area of the jail and was caught attempting to pass it to inmate Maestas.  Ms. Montano was present with Ms. Caraza-Gomez and was found to be in possession of suboxone as well.

Stolen: Black Purse

Suspect: Pending Investigation

Victim reported that sometime between 12pm and 4pm an unknown person gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle by breaking a window.  Once inside the vehicle the unknown suspect took the above item.  Case is under investigation.

Location: Mi Ranchito, Santa Fe, NM (El Rancho Area)

Stolen: 42" Black Samsung Flatscreen TV  total estimated value: $500.00

Victim reports at the above location unknown person gained unlawful entry.  Entry was gained between 9:00am and 11:00am through an unlocked door.  Once inside the above item was stolen: Case still pending further investigation. 

Case # 0215015852 DWI 10-07-15

Location: 3900 Block of Agua Fria St.

Arrested: Adan Cardenas (33 yoa male from Santa Fe)

The above driver was stopped for speeding and a tint violation. Upon making contact with the driver, he smelled heavily of an intoxicating beverage. Dep. Ontiveros was dispatched to the scene and assumed the investigation. The driver submitted to field sobriety tests and showed numerous signs of impairment. The driver was arrested and his vehicle was siezed due to 3 prior DWI convictions.

0215015856, Unattended Death, 10.07.15

Location 4000 block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the above locaton in reference to an unattended death.  When deputies arrived they located the decedent in a bedroom.  No signs of foul play were noticed, case isstill under investigation.
