Arrested Person- Eduardo Garcia 22yo Santa Fe, NM

 

On 9-27-15, Deputies responded to the above area regarding a vehicle being parked in the middle of a field.  Upon arriving, the above listed person was found passed out behind the wheel with the vehicle running and in drive. After performing field sobriety tests, it was determined that the subject was impaired.  The subject was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Thomas Pless  age: 41  Santa Fe

Thomas Pless was arrested for DWI after being involved in a single car crash on I-25 and showing signs of impairment. His B.A.C. is pending blood analysis. No reported injuries sustained.  He was booked without incident.

Suspect: Judy Mosher  Age: 63  Santa Fe

Judy Mosher was arrested for DWI after being stopped for traffic lane violation and found to be impaired.  Her B.A.C. was .09.  She was booked without incident.

Location: NM 344/ East Hill Ranch, Edgewood, NM

Arrested: Eugene Fiske, age 36, Edgewood, NM

Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a suspicous vehicle.  Upon making contact with the above subject, Deputy learned the above subject had an active warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear on traffic citations. The above subject was arrested without incident on the municipal warrant. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: grey Apple IPad, white IPad case ($705.00)

Suspect(s): Pending

Victim reported sometime between 5:25pm and 6:45pm unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered his white 2015 Chevrolet pickup truck by shattering the driver rear passenger window. Victim stated the above listed items were stolen as the vehicle was parked at the above location. victim valued the stolen property to be approximately $705.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Victim reported sometime between 5:30pm and 6:30pm unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered her white 2008 Dodge Nitro by shattering the front passenger window. Victim stated the above listed items were stolen as the vehicle was parked at the above location; victim valued the stolen items to be approximately $127.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Suspect(s): Pending

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 2:45pm and 3:02pm unknown suspect(s) unlawfully entered the residence by kicking the north front door open. Victim stated the above listed item was stolen at the above location; victim valued the stolen item to be approximately $250.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: State Road 502, Santa Fe, NM, 87506

Deputies responded to an address on State Road 502 in reference to a reported unresponsive male subject. Deputies arrived and located the 59 year old male subject. Santa Fe County Medics arrived on scene. No signs of life were found on the male subject. No signs of foul play were observed at the scene and it was discovered the victim had an extensive medical history. OMI was called to the scene. This case remains under investigation.

On Saturday, September 26, 2015, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. Suspect was found in possession Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 2500 block of Sycamore Loop, Santa Fe, NM

Victim: Female, 25, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle: 2005 gray Honda Accord

On Friday, September 25, 2015 at 11:16pm, deputy responded to location in reference to criminal damage to property. An unknown suspect(s) broke all of the windows and the side mirrors to the vehicle. More than $1000 in damage was caused to the vehicle. No items were removed from the vehicle. Investigation is ongoing.
