On this date, deputy was dispatched to the above location.  Victim reported that between 1 p.m. on 9-21-15 and 6 p.m. on 9-22-15 subjects entered his property and took the above items. Case is under investigation.

Location: State Road 599 Mile Post 13, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Ben Herrera, Ojo Caliente, NM

Vehicle: black 2007 Lexus 4door car

Charges: DWI (Aggravated), Open Container, No Insurance

On Tuesday, September 22, 2015 at 1:26am, Deputy stopped the vehicle for going an unsafe slow speed. Vehicle was driven by the suspect, who showed signs of impairment. Suspect refused to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and was placed under arrest for DWI. Suspect was read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory and refused to submit to chemical testing. An open container of an alcoholic beverage was located inside the vehicle. Suspect was also not able to provide proof that the vehicle is insured. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, September 21, 2015, Deputy responded to location in reference to an inmate found in possession of a controlled substance. The suspect was found in possession of Suboxone. Suspect was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Monday, September 21, 2015, Deputy responded to location in reference to a residential burglary. An unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and removed a television from the residence. Investigation is ongoing.

Arrested: Sheila Montoya 42 yoa female

Charges: Possession of Heroin, Possession of burprenorphine

The above listed subject was found in possession of heroin and suboxone while incarcerated at the jail. The female was rebooked on the above charges.

Arrested: Reyes Ruperto 50 yoa male Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to a minor vehicle crash. Upon arrival contact was made with the suspect who had rear ended another vehicle. The suspect was intoxicated and submitted to SFST's. The suspect showed signs of impairment and was arrested. A breath test revealed a .12 BRAC. The suspect was taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center without incident.

Location: Escuelita Lane, Santa Fe, NM  (Pojoaque Area)

Stolen: 1 Escalade Key, 1 BMW key, and 1 Chevy Pick-up Key Total estimated value: $1000.00

Victim reports at the above location unknown person gained unlawful entry between the dates of September 18, 2015 at 5:00pm and September 21, 2015 at 11:00am.  Once inside the above items were taken. How entry was gained is unknown at this time.  A television and tanning bed were damaged at the same time.  Total estimated value of damage $ 1,050.00.  Case still pending further investigation.
