Stolen: Toshiba Laptop, Oil Paintings

 

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to an after the fact burglary. Victim reported that sometime between 11:00 AM and 6PM some unknown person(s) stole the above items from the above residence.  The items are valued at approximately $10,000.  Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Marielena Medina 22yoa female, Santa Fe

Victim: 26yoa male

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a Battery. Victim reported that sometime this date the above suspect battered him by biting him several times.  Evidence on scene and statements obtained led Deputies to locate the above arrested as the primary aggressor.  Suspect arrested without incident.

Vehicle: 2007 Tan Hyandai Azera

Suspect: Dedra Sanchez, 31, Albuquerque, NM

On Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at 3:27 am, Deputy responded to location upon request of Pojoaque Tribal Police Department in reference to a traffic stop for failing to stop at a stop sign. It was learned that the driver, who is not a Native American, was driving the vehicle on a revoked driver's license with ignition interlock required. The vehicle did not have an interlock device. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident. The vehicle was seized under the Santa Fe County Seizure Ordinance.

0215014146, Battery on a Household Member, Resisting Arrest. 09.08.15

Location: Calle Jessica ( La Cienega)

Arrested: Victoria Garcia, age 29, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a stabbing.  When deputies arrived they noticed the abvoe suspect on her girlfriend atempting to choke her.  Deputies were able to gain control of the suspet.  During the investigation deputies learned the victim was not stabbed, but she was battered by the suspect.  The suspet was arrested on the above charges and transported to ADC.

Arrested: Patricia Chavez, age 49 Santa Fe, NM

The above subject was arrested without incident on a outstanding bench warrant. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: 3 guitars, 2 amplifiers, native american artwork, various documents

Suspect(s): Pending

Victim reported on this date that unknown suspect(s) had gained unlawful entry into the residence that had been vacant for the past month and stole above mentioned items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Location: 100 block Quiet Vally Loop, Edgewood, NM

Suspect(s): Pending

Stolen: Ruger 9mm semi-automatic handgun, Ruger 44 Caliber revolver handgun, and a silver HP laptop computer

Deputy was dispatched to the above address in reference to a residential alarm. Upon arrival to the location,victim reported on today's date unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the residence through an open window on the north side of the residence and stole above mentioned items. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim: Female, 25, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect: Michael Gallegos, 33, Santa Fe, NM

On Monday, September 7, 2015 at 10:05 pm, Deputies responded to location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim and suspect were involved in a verbal argument which lead to the suspect striking the victim. The victim did not receive life threatening injuries due to the battery. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
