Arrested: Patrick Lucero 43 yoa male (Las Vegas)

Deputies were dispatched to a crash in the above area. Deputies located the subject in his vehicle which was high centered on a large boulder. Subject was found to have operated the vehicle while intoxicated and was arrested. Subject refused to submit to chemical testing. Subject was booked into SFADC.

Victim had 1600 dollars fraudulently charged to his credit card dating. There was no suspect information.

2022003116 / Bomb Scares Unlawful / 5-27-22

Deputy assigned: G. Nieto

Location McDonald's (Pojoaque)

Suspect: juvenile male

On 5-27-22 at about 8:30pm a bomb threat was called in to the McDonald's in Pojoaque New Mexico. The manager received the call and immediately called 911 to report it.  The Sheriff's Office and Pojoaque Police responded and evacuated the McDonald's and the Taco Bell next door.  An investigation  ensued and it was discovered a juvenile male called in the bomb threat.  The juvenile was located and questioned.  He stated it was a prank and there was no real bomb.  The exterior and interior of the building were searched prior to letting employees back inside.

On Friday, May 27th, 2022, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate with an active bench warrant out of the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. The subject was then rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the bench warrant.

On Friday, May 27th, 2022 deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate with an active arrest warrant out of the United States District Court. The subject was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the arrest warrant.

On Friday, May 27th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an ambulance assist. It was advised that a male had become stuck under a vehicle and wasn't able to free himself. Upon arrival, the male showed no signs of life. OMI was summoned to the scene. No signs of foul play were observed.

On the above date the suspect and battered the victim, who is a household member. The suspect was arrested without issue.  

 

2022003080/Burglary/05-25-2022

Location: Morning Star Road, Edgewood, NM

Stolen: Multiple flat screen televisions, Yamaha stereo receiver, Dell desktop computer

On Wednesday, May 25th, 2022, deputies responded to the above location in reference to an after the fact residential burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised between 3:00 pm and 7:30 pm on 05-25-2022, unknown suspects gained unlawful entry into the home and stole the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.

Location: NM 599/Interstate 25

Arrested: Benito Torres-Salvador (33 YOM)

On Thursday, May 26th, 2022 deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver on NM 599. The vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The driver displayed signs of impairment during SFSTs and he was placed under arrest. The driver agreed to provide a breath sample (.17/.16). He was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.
