2022003001 / Battery Against a Household Member, Crimi9nal Damage to the Property of a Household Member / 5-20-22

Arrested: Kelly Marble, 56-year-old female from Santa Fe

On 5-20-22 Ms. Marble was involved in a dispute with a family member.  During the incident she damaged property and battered the family member.  She was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Unknown suspect entered the victims vehicle which was unlocked and stole his stainless Steel Kimber 1911. The firearm was entered into NCIC.

Deceased: 75- year old Male- Santa Fe Resident

On 5-18-2022, Deputy Manuel Segura responded to a Santa Fe residence, where a 75- year old male was found deceased by family. Life Saving procedures were unsuccessful and were halted. No signs of foul play were observed. OMI were called to the scene and took over the death investigation. This case is under investigation.
