Location: 2800 block of NM State Road 14, Santa Fe, NM, 87010 (Madrid area)

 On August 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of 2800 State Road 14 in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the complainant who advised Deputies  suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into his home. Victim stated nothing was taken from inside the home. Suspect(s) did take the locking mechanism. This case remains under investigation.

0214013885, Possession of a Controlled Substance, 8/29/14

Location: Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility

Suspect: Maria Aguilar  Age: 26  Ohkay Owingeh

Maria aguilar was found in possession of a small amount of Suboxone while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Jail.  She was charged an re-booked for possession of a controlled substance.

0214013891, Aggravated Assualt against Household Member,Bbattery Against a Household member, 8/29/14

Location: Paseo C de Baca  La Cienega

Suspect: Kimberly Lawrence  Age: 38  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that Kimberly Lawrence had threatened a Household Member with a knife as well as battered a Household Member. Lawrence was arrested and booked accordingly.

0214013824 Burglary 8/28/14

Location: Leal Rd (Old las Vegas Hwy area)

Stolen: Perscription pills, 1/8oz of medical Marijuana, 6 bags of meat

Victim reported that sometime around 11:00A.M. and 4:00P.M. and unknown suspect entered his residence threw an unsecure bedroom window. Suspect stole victims pain medications, 6 bags of meat, and an 1/8th oz of medical marijuana.

The above listed items stolen were valued at about $240.00.

Location: Adobe Creek Road, Santa Fe, NM, 87506

Stolen: Various appliances

   On August 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Adobe Creek Road in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who advised he suspected a tenant from taking appliances from the home. This case remains under investigation.

Between Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 7:00 PM and Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 12:30 AM person(s) unknown gained entry to a residence at the location through an unsecured window.  Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed to lap top computers.

Case# 0214012776 DWI

Location:  300 Block, Avenida Vista Grande, Santa Fe, NM

Vehicle:  Silver, 1999, Volvo, Stationwagon

Suspect:  Mikhail S. McReynolds, 23, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  DWI, Careless Driving

On Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 22:57 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location.  For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side over turning 1/2 time coming to rest on its roof facing east.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect was uninjured as a result of this collision.

Location: Santa Fe County Jail

Arrested: Crystal Rodriquez age 30, Espanola NM

On this date Corrections Officer at the Santa Fe County Jail stated she observed suspect become nervous and witnessed plastic bag in hand. C.O. reported she obtained the plastic bag containing a white powdery substance. Upon a more in depth search of the suspect, C.O. found the other mentioned items on the suspect.

Suspect was re-booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

0214013759 Burglary 8/28/14

Location: Quail Run (Old Santa Fe Trail area)

Stolen: Brown safe, $7000. Cash, Colt .45 hand gun, misc documents

Victim reported between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on August 27, 2014, his home was entered through an open window to his bedroom. Victim stated the only item taken was a safe with the above listed contents in the safe.

The above listed items stolen were valued at about $9500.00.

Location: State Road 592 (Tesuque NM)

Stolen: 3 custom handbags

On this date victim wanted to report a larceny which occurred at the Rancho Encantado Resort on Friday August 15,2014. The victim stated the above items were taken while on display at a show at the location.

The above listed items were valued at about $12,900.00
