Arrested: Scot Christensen 53 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507

  On August 27, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies conducted a traffic stop an the above listed drivers vehicle. Deputy confirmed the driver was opering a motor vehicle while his privileges were revoked. The driver was stopped and identified. The driver was arrested accordingly for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked drivers license. Driver was tranported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center. The drivers vehicle was seized.

Victim reported to deputy that on this date at approximately 2:00 p.m. an unknown male was observed inside the home but did not take anything. Subject fled on foot and was not located. Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival to the location they observed a vehicle missing the front bumper. The driver admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages prior to the crash. The suspect displayed signs of intoxication and was given SFST's. Driver was arrested and submitted to chemical testing. The results of the tests were . 16/.17. Subject was booked into jail.

Arrested: August Stiehm     Age: 39    

Items Stolen: Electronics; Clothing

Deputy responded to location in regards to a suspicious male. Upon arrival, he was approached and told of the male gaining entry into a vehicle and stealing the abocve listed items. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Arrested: Marcus Orbaugh, 50-year-old male from Cochiti New Mexico

Vehicle: white in color 2007 Jeep Commander

On 08-26-14 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Orbaugh's vehicle.  He was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license.  He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail and his vehicle was seized.

Stolen: 2 Visio flat screen televisions, womens jewelry and video games.  Total value of $2,050.00

Damaged: Window valued at $200.00

    On 08-25-14 between the hours of 12:00PM and 1:00PM someone entered the victims house by breaking a window and stole the above listed items.

Charged:  DWI, Providing Alcohol to Minors

On Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 3:31 AM deputies responded to the location in regards to a call of the suspect driving to the location to post a bond and possibly being impaired.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  The suspect also provided beer to the 19 year old male passenger in the vehicle.
