   On Wednesday August 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to an address on North Paseo De Angel in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who stated he could not locate his firearm in his home and suspected a guest took the firearm from within his home. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Tomas Chacon 58 year old male, Santa Fe NM

Stolen: Jewlery, prescription medication, 7” Tablet, Metal detector, black suitcase

Victim reported that on this between 2:15pm and 3:30pm the above suspect made entry to the residence through a back window. Suspect / neighbor was located and he admitted to the burglary, and booked in the Santa Fe County Jail.
The above listed items were valued at about $3000.00

Victim reported that on this between 1923 and 1943 unknown persons gained entry to the residence through a side window. The window was not located and no damage was observed. Unknown persons took a safe with above contents.

The above listed items were valued at about $500.00

    On Tuesday August 05, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Cielo Estrada in reference to a reported burglary.  Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who advised that suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims shed. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took a power tool from the shed. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: 2010 Lancer (Recovered)

Arrested: Guerrero Figueroa  20 year old, Santa Fe, NM

  On Tuesday August 05, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of  Calle Kryshana in reference to a reported stolen motor vehicle. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who advised that when she woke up her vehicle was gone. After contacting law enforcement the above listed suspect returned the vehicle. Santa Fe County Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the suspect. The suspect was arrested at the scene for the unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office where he was booked accordingly. The vehicle was returned to the owner.

  On Tuesday August 05, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of Walnut Loop in reference to a reported burglary. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim who advised that sometime in the morning on todays date, unkown suspect gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspects toolk an electronic from the vehicle and documents. This case remains under investigation.

  On Monday August 04, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of North Fork in reference to a reported Burglary. Upon Deputies arrival contact was made with the victim who advised approximately a month ago a suspect gained unlawful entry into the victims home and took various firearms and jewelry. This case remains under investigation.

Stolen: Black .38 Semi-auto Winchester Ruger, Silverware set, 2 gold chains, and 2 turquoise bracelets  total estimated value: $ 5,000.00

Victim reports the above items were taken from the above address.  The items went missing over a duration of five months within this last year.  The handgun was entered into NCIC as stolen.  Case still pending further investigation.

Location 26400 block of US 285 (White Lakes Road Area near Torrance County Line)

Victim advised on August 3rd,2014 between the hours of 8:00 am and 9:00 pm an unknown person entered his residence. Once inside the victim advised several pieces of gold jewlery were taken along with several firearms. Case is currently under investigation.

Location Entrada/NM 599 (SANTA FE AREA)

On Saturday August 2,2014 victim reported he was offered a ride from the Allsups Convience store on Maes Road. Victim reported the person who offered him the ride pulled into the area of Entrada and pulled out of the vehicle, and attacked. During the attack vicim advised his wallet was taken which contained $300.00. Case is under investigation.
