On Monday April 07, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Camino Peralta in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who advised sometime between 2:00pm and 5:45pm on 04-07-14 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took a handgun and an electronic from the home. This case remains under investigation

Victim reported to deputy that on todays date between the hours 10:30 am and 3:30 pm unknown persons forced entry into the home and stole the listed types of items. Case is currently under investigation.

Vicim reported to Deputies that on todays date at approximately 1;30 PM a male subject grabbed at her purse in an attempt to steal it. During this time the suspect male was able to get an undisclosed amount of money from within the victim purse and fled the area.

Arrested: Noe Reyes 38yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI
Deputy observed a Green in color Nissan Xterra driving in a reckless manner at the above location parking lot. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle and upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicating liquor was detected from the driver. SFST's were adminstered on the driver, which showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent Advisory. Driver refused to take a breath test. Driver was booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

On Sunday April 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to # 28 Camino Justicia in refence to an inmate with suspected narcotics. Contact was made with staff at which time the suspected narcotics were field tested. All suspected narcotics tested positive. The above mentioned suspect was questioned but denied having the narcotics. The above mentioned suspect was charged accordingly.

Charged: Aggravated DWI
On Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 6:24 PM the vehicle was observed stopped on the shoulder, facing south, at the location. The right front seat passenger was observed throwing a beer can out of the window. The suspect was found to be in control of the vehicle with the keys in the ignition and the engine on. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16. 0r greater. The right front seat passenger is issued a citation for littering.

Items: 16” Ivory statue of Qwan Yin, 8” ivory statue of 5 people sitting on stone, 8” ivory statue of a man.
Victim reported that sometime in April 2013 She went on vacation. Victim stated a female was hired to watch her residence while she was on vacation, upon returning home victim noticed the above items missing from her residence. The stolen items were valued at about $5500.00

The victim stated that sometime between 4/3/14 and 4/4/14 some unknown suspect stole his 1999 Black AA Utility Trailer. Victim stated the vehicle was last seen parked in the parking are at the above apartments.
The above listed vehicle was valued at about $1200.00
