Deputy observed above listed person operating a vehicle on State Road 76 and was traveling above the posted speed limit. The above person was stopped and Deputy approached the driver. Deputy observed several signs of impairment and requested that the driver submit to sobriety testing. Subject displayed several signs of impairment and was arrested. Subject refused chemical testing and was transported to jail.

On Sunday, April 20, 2014 at 8:01 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle northeast at the location. The suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the right side and striking a highway sign. The suspect then fled the scene in the vehicle and was located a short distance from the scene. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. Due to the suspect having a minumum of three prior DWI Offenses a Search Warrant was obtained for a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of that test are pending. The suspect's driver's license was expired as was the vehicle registration. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. There was an open can of Budweiser Beer located in the vehicle. The vehicle was not seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 due to the damage sustained in the motor vehicle crash.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. unknown persons stole the above items. The items were taken from the above location. Case still pending further investigaton.

Victim stated that inbetween the hours of 6:30am and 4:50 pm on todays date unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the victims. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took various electronics and various jewelry. This case remains under investigation.

Victim advised sometime between April 9th, 2014 and April 19th, 2014 someone unlawfully entered his residence. Once inside the suspects stole the above items. Investigation is on-going.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 10:00a.m. on 04-19-2014 and 12:07a.m. on 04-20-2014 unknown persons gained unlawful entry into the above location. Entry was gained through an unlocked window. Upon entry of the residence a window screen was damaged and a vase. Total estimated value of damage $120.00. Once suspect(s) were inside the above listed items were stolen. Case still pending further investigation.

On Ssaturday, April 19, 2014 at 12:52 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle northeast at the location attempting to negotiate a right curve. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost control of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side and striking a dirt embankment. The suspect was found to be under the innfluence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of this test are pending. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. There was an open bottle of Captain Morgan Rum on the right front floorboard of the vehicle. The suspect sustained minor injuries as a result of the crash.

On April 19th 2014 Deputies responded to the residence of 2769 Willy in reference to a reported domestic violence. While conducting the investigation Deputies learned that Yasser Franco and his wife had been involved in a physical altercation. Evidence located on scene lead Deputies to believe Franco to be the primary aggressor. Franco was arrested without incident.

Vehicle: None
On April 18th 2014 Deputies responded to a residence located at 105 Vereda de Valencia in reference to a reported burglary. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned that on this date the victim left her residence for about thirty minutes. Upon her return she found her front door open. While examining her residence the victim noted her tea cup Chihuahua was no longer in the residence. The victim estimated the value of the dog to be $300.00. No signs of forced entry were located at this time.
