Vehicle: 1996 Hyundai Accent Silver/Silver

On April 23rd Deputy Berger was in the area of Rufina and Camino Del Griego whe he observed a silver in color Hyundai Accent fail to stop at a clearly posted stop sign. A traffic stop was conducted during which time the driver of the vehicle was found to be impaired by an intoxicant . While searching the driver subsequent to arrest Deputy Berger located a glass pipe which had been used to smoke cocaine. The driver was taken arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On April 23rd 2014 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center located at 28 Camino Justicia in reference to a report of an inmate in possession of narcotics. During the course of the investigation it was found that the inmate was found to be in possession of Marijuana and suboxone strips . The inmate was charged accordingly.

On April 23rd 2014 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center located at 28 Camino Justicia in reference to a report of an inmate in possession of narcotics. During the course of the investigation it was found that the inmate was found to be in possession of a syringe and suboxone strips. The inmate was charged accordingly.

On April 23rd 2014 Deputies responded to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center located at 28 Camino Justicia in reference to a report of an inmate in possession of narcotics. During the course of the investigation it was found that the inmate was found to be in possession of a syringe with a brown substance, and suboxone strips. The inmate was charged accordingly.

Arrested: Dinh Nguyen, 60, male Santa Fe NM

Charges: Criminal Damage to Property-Felony, and Battery

Victim reports the above suspect got angry with him for being on the internet and refusing to go to bed. An argument ensued between the two, at which time the suspect punched the victim several times witha a closed fist.  Suspect then broke the victims laptop by throwing it to the floor.  Victim sustained minor injuries to the facial area.  Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

Deputies responded to location in regards to a domestic dispute in progress. Upon their arrival, it was learned that the suspect battered the victim and then failed to allow her to leave the home. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail without incident.

Victim Reports garage to home entered through unlocked door sometime between March 13th and April 14th.  A .40cal. semi-auto hand gun and several hundred rounds of ammunition is reported missing.  Case is under investigation.

Deputy responded to location in reference to a burglary. Victim reported that today between the hours of 8:20 am and 5:45 pm, unknown persons gained entry into the home and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.
