On April 18th 2014 Deputies responded to the location of 60 Waldo Mesa Road in reference to a reported arson. During the course of the investigation Deputies learned that it appeared the fire originated outside the vehicle, The victim stated to Deputies that she believed the fire was intentionally started by her ex-boyfriend Richard Farrell. Investigations was called to the scene to conduct a in-depth investigation of the allegations.

Charges: Aggravated driving while intoxicated, Open container of an alcoholic beverage, Driving while license is suspended or revoked, Windshield to be un-obstructed
Suspect: Paul Apodaca 44 yo male Espanola

Vehicle: 2003 Ford F250 Red/Red
On April 18th 2014 Deputies stopped a red in color Ford F250 Bearing New Mexico registration tag MTG722 for having an obstructed windshield due to it being severely cracked. During the course of the investigation the driver was identified as Paul Apodaca 44 yo male. Deputies ran Apodaca’s information through dispatch after which time it was found that his privilege to operate a motor vehicle was currently suspended. During the course of contact with Apodaca Deputies observed him display numerous indicators of impairment by an intoxicant. Apodaca’s vehicle was seized in accordance to Santa Fe County ordnance 2006-5. Prior to the vehicle being removed an inventory was taken during which time alcoholic beverage containers were located within the vehicle. Upon examination it was found that the alcoholic beverage containers had been open and their contents partially removed.

Arrested: Alyisha Ramirez, 22 Year old female, Santa Fe, NM
Warrants Agents arrested the above individual on an outstanding bench warrant for failure to appear. Arrest made without incident and suspect booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Adolfo Cantero 24 yoa male
Deputies were flagged down by victim on NM 76 who advised her boyfriend had hit her in the back of the head. Contact was made with the suspect who admitted to striking the female. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Santa Fe County Jail where he was booked.

Location: NM 599/ W. Frontage Road.
Suspect: Robert Carr 67 yoa male
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a crash. Upon arrival the above suspect was located in a crashed vehicle off the roadway. Suspect smelled heavily of an alcoholic beverage. Field sobriety tests were performed by the suspect at St. Vincent's Hospital. Suspect submitted to a blood draw to determine the alcohol content in his blood. Those results are pending.

Location: 6100 Block of Vuelta Ventura
Stolen: Mac computer, misc keys, two necklaces
Deputies responded to a call of a burglary. Victim advised when she arrived home she was attempting to open her front door. While doing so, she observed an unknown person look out of her blinds. Investigation revealed the unknown person entered the residence by prying a window. Once inside the suspect stole the above items. The suspect was not located at time of report, and appears to have fled through the point of entry prior to Sheriff's Office personnel arriving on scene. Investigation is on-going.

Suspect: Faith Stults

On April 17th 2014 Deputies responded to the residence of 125 Shenandoah Trail in reference to a reported runaway. During the investigation Deputies learned that 17yo Faith Stults was being supervised by her Grandmother. During this time Faith told her Grandmother that she was going to a nearby restaurant to get food. Faith left the residence at about 1:00pm and did not return. It was also learned that Faith runs-away frequently. Faith was entered into NCIC.

Stolen/Embezzled:$36,140.00
Suspect: Pending
Victim reported he hired a male 5 years ago to restore a 1970 Dodge Charger. Today the victim went to see the vehicle and observed no work had been done to the vehicle despite shipping and personally delivering over $36,000.00 worth of parts to the suspect. Investigation into this incident is on-going.

Victim reported someone in Hadley, New York had opened a credit line with KOHLS utilizing her personal information. No charges had been made to the card at time of report and investigation is pending.

Location: 6300 block of Calle Kryshana
Arrested: Alvin Null 70 yoa male
Deputies were dispatched to the area listed above. Upon arrival deputy located above listed subject at the above location, in violation of an active restraining order. Suspect was aware of the restraining order and knew it was in effect. Suspect was taken to the jail where he was booked accordingly.
