On Friday, March 14, 2014 at 8:40 PM a Drunk Buster call was received about the suspect operating the vehicle in the parking lot of a bussiness at the location and striking a curb. The suspect was found to be under the influence of prescription medication. The suspect submitted to a Blood Test and results of that test are pending. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file. It was also revealed that Santa Fe Municipal Judge Ann Yalman had issued an Arrest Warrant for the suspect for Failure to Pay Fines.

On Friday, March 14, 2014 at 8:23 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. There was a vehicle stopped, facing south, waiting for traffic, to make a left turn at the location. The suspect passed this other vehicle on the right shoulder. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.

On Friday, March 14, 2014 at 1:22 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license (ID Card only) on file for the suspect.

Victim reported her boyfriend was heavily intoxicated and when she advised him she was leaving their residence , the suspect struck her with a closed fist in the face. Suspect was located at the scene highly intoxicated and arrested. Suspect was taken to the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident.

Victim reported between 03-06 14 and 03-13-14 unknown persons forced entry into a side door of the residence.Once inside the suspect(s) took the above listed items. Suspect information is pending further investigation.

Victim reported an unknown individual had gone attempted to use his Chase Credit Card online. However Chase cancelled the transaction once they spoke to victim. Chase did advise the suspect was able to access the victims account, phone number, address, and email. The suspect than changed the account information to an individual in Brunswick New Jersey. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Angelina San-Jurjo, 19-year-old female from Las Cruces N.M.
On 03-13-14 at about 7:00AM a traffic stop was conducted on a black in color Cadillac Esclade after it was reported as a reckless driver. Further investigation revealed a passenger, the above listed suspect was in possession of approximately one ounce of marijuana, a small bag of meth and drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Joaquin Chavez-Archuleta 39 yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravted Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Battery, and Resisting, obstructing an Officer
Deputies were dispatched at approximately 0515 hours to the area of Wolf Creek and Riverside Drive in reference to a fight in progress. Two males were located in the area and detained. Further investigation revealed that the above male was walking in the area when he approached a female. This male began to yell and scream at the female. He then threw his phone at her. The female's son heard the commotion and confronted the above male. A scuffle ensued between the two males. Male victim stated the above male swung a silver and black screwdriver at him. When deputies arrived on scene the above male attempted to walk away from the scene and ignored orders from the Deputy to lie on his stomach. When deputy handcuffed the above he rolled onto his back and grabbed the deputy. The above was arrested and booked accordingly without further incident.

Victim reported between the hours 8:30 am to 3:30 pm an unknown persons forced entry to the residence through the back door. Once inside suspect(s) rummaged through residence and took the the listed items. No suspects or witnesses have been located. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Courtney Upshall 36 yoa female
On Wednesday March 12, 2014 deputies were dispatched to a possible drunk driver at the location listed. Upon arrival Deputies met with the Nambe Tribal Ranger who advised he observed Ms. Courtney Upshall in a State Of New Mexico Parks vehicle slumped over the wheel. Nambe Tribal Ranger advised the driver appeared to be intoxicated. Suspect had a heavy scent of alcohol coming from her breath. Suspect submitted to SFST's and numerous signs of impairment were observed. The suspect admitted to using medication and was also found with an open bottle of Smirnoff Vodka in her possession. Suspect was taken to the St. Vincent's Hospital for a blood draw. Suspect was booked into the jail without further incident.
