Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a suicidal male subject. Upon arrival, it was learned the suspect stabbed himself multiple times in the abdominal area and would not drop the knife. The suspect was later tased and transported to St. Vincent Hospital. After interviewing the victim, it was the learned the suspect took the victim’s phone as she was attempting to call 911.The suspect also grabbed the victim’s arms and did not let her exit the bathroom. Due to the suspect having to get emergency surgery for the stab wounds, a criminal summons was issued for the above charges.

Deputies were dispatched to a victim with a gunshot wound to the head. An investigation determined it was the wound was self inflicted. OMI was contacted and no suspicious activity was observed. Next of kin were notified.

On the above date the suspect was called in a reckless driver. Deputies stopped the vehicle and later found the driver/suspect to be impaired. Implied consent was agreed to and the suspected tested above the legal limit.

On Saturday, March 12th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a burglary. Contact was made with the victim and they advised between 10:00 pm on 03-11-2022 and 1:30 pm on 03-12-2022, unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into a residence and stole cash. This case remains under investigation.

Charges: Assault on a Police Officer and Resisting, Evading or Obstructing an officer
On 3-12-22 RECC dispatched deputies to the residence above in reference to a domestic. During the course of investigation, Ernest Vigil continued to interrupt deputies and became aggressive towards deputies, eventually assaulting Deputy War. Ernest Vigil was booked in on the above charges.

SUSPECT(S) UNKNOWN
On 3-11-2022 during the daytime hours, an unknown suspect(s) stole a catalytic convertor from a motor vehicle. This vehicle was parked in the parking lot by a citizen; who had parked the vehicle at this location and had comminuted to work. At this time, this case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to ADC in reference to a male in possession of Suboxone. Suspect refused to provide further information and 30 strips of Suboxone were seized and submitted into evidence. Suspect was charged accordingly.

Victim: Harold Trujillo
Deputies were dispatched to location in reference to a 25 year old male, not conscious and not breathing. Life saving measures were taken by Deputies and medics, but were unsuccessful. The victim was declared deceased by OMI and transported for an autopsy.

Stolen: 2005 Chevy Silverado
The victim reported that he laid down for a nap around 1400 hours, and when he woke up an hour later his pickup keys were missing from the entry table and his pickup that had his cell phone and methadone inside were missing. Victim stated that the suspect moved in with him several days ago to do house keeping in exchange for free rent. The suspect was home when he went to bed and when he woke up she was missing as well as his vehicle. Vehicle entered into NCIC. Case active pending further leads.
