Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a female subject that was not conscious and not breathing.
Upon deputies arrival it was found the female was beyond help. No signs of foul play were found the case is under investigation.

The above driver was stopped after she was observed committing a traffic infraction. Upon contact it was found the driver was impaired. The driver was arrested and booked

Stolen: Three backpacks, Chromebook, Kindle, Dell Computer
On the above date deputies spoke with the reporting party who stated he had parked at the location to eat breakfast. When he returned he noticed his vehicle was broken into and the above items had been taken. The case is under investigation

Location: Residence on Colina Drive, Eldorado area
Deceased: 58-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at approximately 8:30pm deputies responded to a deceased male located by family members in his home. Investigation revealed his family last spoke with him yesterday around noon. He is suspected of heavy drug use and drug paraphernalia was located all over the house. No suspicious circumstances or criminal activity was discovered at the scene.

Location: San Mateo Court, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Maximo Perea, 51YOM
On Tuesday, March 29th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, contact was made with the above individual, who was attempting to start a vehicle with a tampered ignition. During the course of contact, it was learned the subject had an active bench warrant out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. Located on the subject was suspected methamphetamines and a forged ID card. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Location: 100 block of ten thousand waves way
Taken: Vacuum, Mini Refrigerator, copper scraps and elbows and power tools($800)
Deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to burglary. Contact was made with the RP and he said unknown suspects gained entry into two sheds and conex container. RP said this incident took place on Friday evening. No suspect information is available at this time

Location: 100 block of Los Pinos Road
Taken: AIR COMPRESSOR($2000), PELLET STOVE($500),WOOD($300), KEYS($150)
Suspect: 5'11 to 6'00, salt/pepper hair, five o'clock shadow, hispanic and slim.
Victim alleges suspect stole a large industrial sized air compressor that was mounted on the exterior of the garage. Also stolen was misc. wood and a pellet stove, also from outside of the garage. A hidden set of keys was also discovered which are not missing. The suspect arrived while homeowner was away, however his drywall workers were on scene and were told by the suspect that his aunt previously owned the house and he was getting his belongings.

On 3-28-2022, Cpl. Cullison investigated a call for service, where a Santa Fe County Resident was defrauded out of a very large sum of money, through a fraudulent email scam. This case is still under investigation.

LOCATION: 2000 BLOCK OF ENTRADA FABIAN
DECEASED: 66- YEAR OLD MALE
On 3-28-22, Deputy Naranjo responded to a residence, where a 66- year old male had been found deceased. There were no indication of foul play. The case is under investigation by the Office of Medical Investigators.

LOCATION: 17730 US 84-285 POJOAQUE PUEBLO
ARRESTEE: STELLWAG, FRANCENE M.- 54- YEAR OLD HISPANIC FEMALE, RESIDENT OF SANTA FE, NM.
On 3-27-22, Deputy Maylone responded to the above address in reference to two people passed out in the drive-through of a local business. Stellwag admitted to driving to the location, as she was showing signs of impairment. Stellwag displayed signs of impairment during the SFST batteries. Stellwag was placed into custody and read the NM Implied Consent Advisory. Stellwag consented to a chemical test, resulting in test results of 0.20g/210L and 0.21g/210L respectfully. Stellwag was booked accordingly.
