Suspect had an active warrant for his arrest and with his attorney present turned himself in. He was booked.

2022002472/ RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY/ UNLAWFUL TAKING OF A MOTOR VEHICLE

ASSIGNED DEPUTY: CPL. CLAY CULLISON/ INVESTIGATOR PATRICK FICKE

ENTERING COMMANDER: CPL. CLAY CULLISON

LOCATION: JEREMIAH LANE, GLORIETA, NM

SUSPECTS: ASHELY DILLEY- 34-YEAR OLD HISPANIC FEMALE- ALBUQUERQUE RESIDENT.

BRANDAN TERRELL EVERAGE- 37-YEAR OLD AFRICIAN-AMERICAN MALE- ALBUQUERQUE RESIDENT.

Cpl. Cullison responded to a suspicious vehicle and learned  the above suspects had been involved in a residential burglary as they were found in the area. This case is still under investigation.

 

2022002483/Agg DUI, Stopping Standing Parking/4-26-2022

Location: Bonanza Creek Rd and Lone Butte Road, Santa Fe County, NM

Arrested: Gustavo Zamarripa

On the Above date deputies were called to a male slumped over at the side of the road in a truck. Deputies arrived on scene and determined that the vehicle was parked facing east in the west bound lane on Bonanza Creek Road. It was further determined that the driver was intoxicated. Driver was medically cleard and refused SFST's. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly.

2022002467/Agg Burglary, Conspiracy, Possession/4-26-2022

Location: 1499 Zepol, Santa Fe County, NM

Arrested: Ovidio Hernandez -Garcia

Hernandez-Garcia is a suspect in a aggravated burglary from the day prior. He was located by the victim who notified deputies. Upon arrival Hernandez-Garcia was found to have 3 felony warrants for his arrest along with being in possession of methamphetamine and 42 Fentanyl Pills. Hernandez was booked on the above charges.

2022002410/Agg Battery on HHM/4-21-2022

Deputy Assigned: P. Caroland

Location: Gould Lane, Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Robert Santistevan Jr.

Deputies responded to a domestic at 4 Gould Lane. The suspect fled before deputies arrival. The victim, Juliana Santistevan stated that her son, Robert Jr had gotten into a fight with her other son.  

She tried to break up the fight when Robert Jr used a t-shirt and strangled her with it. 

A warrant for aggravated battery on a household member has been issued for Robert Jr.

2022002468 / Aggravated Battery with a deadly weapon/ 4-25-22

Location: 30 Buffalo Thunder Trail

Suspect: Unknown

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the Buffalo Thunder Casino in reference to a male subject that had been stabbed. The male subject was uncooperative with law enforcement, but it was learned through the investigation the stabbing did not occur at the casino. This case is under investigation.

Suspect: Unknown

Responded to location reference to an Aggravated Assault. Victim advised 3 unknown males entered his residence and stole tools and his phone. One subject was observed by the victim to be carrying a handgun during incident. No suspect info at this time.

Stolen: Henry Big Boy .357 MAG/.38 SPL Rifle

On Sunday, April 24th, 2022, deputies responded to the above area in regards to an after the fact larceny. Contact was made with the victim who advised the above firearm was stolen from the house within the past two months. This case remains under investigation.

2022002430 / Death Investigation / 4-22-22

Deceased: 79-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.

On Friday, April 22, 2022 deputies investigated the death of a 79-year-old female found deceased in her home by a friend.  No signs of foul play were discovered.  

2022002405/Burglary, Unlawful Taking/4-21-2022

Location: Lime Kiln Road, Santa Fe County, NM

Suspect: Unknown

On the above mentioned date, deputies were dispatched to the above address in reference to an stolen motor vehicle. The victim stated unknown suspects entered her garage through an unlocked door and took the above vehicle sometime between 9:00 to 14:30 while she was away from the residence.

Vehicle was entered into NCIC.
