Location: residence off of Via Sagrada, Santa Fe, NM (Rancho Viejo Subdivision)
On 5/10/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 5/9/12 at 2000 hours and 5/10/12 at 1145 hours unknown persons gained entry into her vehicle. Victim stated that the unknown persons took a black in color wallet which contained personal documents, credit cards, identification cards and $500.00 cash which was inside the vehicle. Victim stated that she had secured her vehicle last night and noticed that the vehicle's doors were unsecure. Estimated value of items taken is $800.00. No damage to vehicle.

Location: 7400 block of Brazos River Road, Santa Fe, NM(Riverside MHP)
On 5/10/12 between the hours of 0730 and 1500 victim stated that unknown persons entered her residence. Victim stated that she does not know where the suspects may have gained entry into her residence. Victim stated that the suspects had taken a Playstation 3, an Xbox, and a Killzone 3 game. Estimated value of items taken is 1050.00. There was no damage to the residence.

Location: 3500 block of Charlie Bentley Drive, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)
On 5/10/12 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry into her vehicle which was unlocked and took a purse which contained a black wallet, her Visa Credit card and her driver's license. Victim stated that she cancelled her credit card and that she was advised the card had been used. Estimated value of items taken is $140.00. No damage to the vehicle.

Suspect #1: Bianca Garcia, age 24, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect #2 Sonia Garcia, age 41, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Battery
On 5/10/12 deputies were dispatched to above area in reference to a fight in progress. Victim stated that suspect #1 had pushed her, pulled her hair and swung at her face while inside the school. Victim stated that she then went to the vehicle and the suspect followed her outside where both suspects started yelling at her. Victim stated that suspect #1 then pulled her hair, scratched her and punched her in the face. A witness indicated that both suspects had scratched and hit victim. Both suspects were arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Arrested: Valerie V. Lopez, 25 yoa, Santa fe, NM
On this date Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above listed location. The above identified driver was found to be driving a motor vehicle with a suspended/revoked drivers license with the arrest clause attached. The driver was intially stopped for not maintaing lane and the driver could not provide valid insurance upon request. The defendant was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

Stolen: 12 Gauge shot gun, Remington 22 auto rifle with scope, Stihl chain saw, Sears electric chain saw, 2 Royale battery powered drills, 1 Royale skill saw, 1 Callaway driver, 3 Dunlop pitching wedges, 1 Hot Spot putter, 2 Shakespeare fishing rods and reels and 1 metal green tackle box.
Sometime between Wednesday May 2, 2012, around 1830 hrs and Saturday May 5, 2012, 1000 hrs, unknown suspect(s) gained entry into victims shed and stole above listed items. Suspect gained entry into the shed by pulling the spring loaded latch back granting them access. Victim stated when he went into the shed on Saturday he noticed the door was unlocked which he knew he had locked on Wednesday. The above listed items stolen were valued at about $2200.00

On the above date the above victim reported his swamp cooler was unlawfully taken sometime between 8:00 am and 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 7, 2012. The swamp cooler was unsecured in an open garage. Suspect is pending further investigation.

Victim: 62 year old male, Serafina, NM
On 5/9/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a male subject who was not conscious and not breathing. Deputy arrived on scene and victim's wife stated that the victim has a lenghthy medical history. OMI was contacted and took over investigation. No foul play was involved.

Location: Sycamore Loop- Cottonwood Mobile Home Park
Stolen: White in color Apple Mac Book 17", Nontendo PS3 game system, a seven (7) layer bracelet (Gold in color, and three (3) gold rings, and three (3) gold necklaces.
Victim reported that sometime between May 8, 2012 at 8:00 amam and May 8, 2012 at 2:00 pm, unknown persons gained unauthorized access into the victim’s house and took the above items. There were no signs of forced entry to the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
The above listed item was valued at about $ 6,050.00
