Sometime between Friday April 27, 2012, at 10:00am and Wednesday May 2, 2012, 11:00am, unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s residence from an unknown location and broke into her bedroom by kicking the door open causing $100.00 in damage. Suspect(s) then stole the above listed items.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $26675.00

Victim: Female, 48, Santa Fe, NM
On Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at 8:20 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in response to a report of an unresponsive female. Upon arrival of Emergency Medical Services Personnel attempts to revive the victim met with negtive results. The victim was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene. Foul Play is not suspected in this incident.

Victim reports unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location between the hours of 9:30am to 11:30am on 05/01/2012. There were no signs of forced entry. Once inside the above listed items were stolen. Case still pending investigation.

Stolen: Gold Tennis Bracelet with Diamonds, Diamond Necklace, Garnet Necklace, Pearl Necklace, and a Saphire Diamond Ring.
Victim reported that some time between Wednesday April 25, 2012 between the hours of 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to possibly today's date at 7:00 pm when the above stated items were found to be missing. Complainants believe the items were stolen by an aquintance of their family who had access to the residence. The above case is currently under investigation

Charges: Driving while license suspended revoked, Impeding traffic, Driver must be licensed, and no insurance.
On this date at the above location, a vehicle was observed impeding the roadway. A traffic stop was intiated, contact with the driver revealed that his drivers license was revoked/suspended with the arrest clause attached. (Meaning, arrest on sight) The driver was also booked on the charges of driver must be licensed, no insurance,and impeding traffic. The subject was booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Victim stated that between April 30, 2012 at 5:00pm and today at 7:45am an unknown person(s) used a river rock from her neighbors front yard to break her windshield and dent her rear right quarter panel and trunk. The unknown person(s) also scratched the left side of the vehicle.
The damaged was estimated to be about $7000.00

Charges: Battery on a Peace Officer
Victim (Corrections Officer) reports the above suspect struck him in the upper chest area with a bag filled with hygiene products. Suspect was booked and charged on the above charge without further incident.
